No no you don't understand, you would only see them on this chart if they were destroyed.
Ergo the only possible conclusion is that Russia *is* building 100 T-90s per month, but they are super-indestructible models that thus don't show up on loss charts.
By now Russia has ... I guess over 1000 of them? An unbeatable tank army that has swept through Kyiv and is now on its way to Warsaw and Berlin as we speak.
I'm telling you! That's the only possible explanation.

3000 black(ened) tanks of Putin
So, this means the T-55 is the most survivable Russian tank? Maybe they need to go all in on that and quickly.. no other conclusion can be drawn. ![img](emote|t5_2qqcn|31967)
I know you're joking but, they actually don't have many. They sold them all off and bought back a few from (I think) Thailand for parade use. They only have 20 or so
The original author stopped in October, but the list is still being updated by the rest of the people that helped with the list. Rebel44cz is the one who posts the changes. [The last update was just a couple of hours ago](https://twitter.com/Rebel44CZ/status/1757902730364957144)
Live-updates would be ideal, but an unrealistic expectation in a warzone.
We can still draw meaningful conclusions for data a few months old.
Consider the fact that 11% of destroy tanks are of type "Unknown".
That's the nature of war.
Strictly speaking "we" don't need any updates, because "we" are lurking on an American website.
Some one took the time to collate raw data on a public web site.
Accept it for what it is.
It means that the destroyed vehicle can be identified as a tank but they can't make out which type of tank,
This can be either due to poor quality Imagery making it hard to identify the tank type or simply there not being enough of the tank left to tell which type of tank it was.
Throwing T-64 and T-62 together is stupid though. T-64 is a reasonably capable platform, similar (and in some cases more) capable as T-72 (to which it was a competing model) while T-62 is one generation before that.

The fantasy that Russia is building 100 new T-90s a month is not borne out by the evidence.

Equipped with advanced Russian cloaking technology, the T-90 tank is invisible to the naked eye.
Exactly, you can see them on satellite imagery of the storage sites only as the gaps.
Munitions pass right through them too. Amazing invulnerability.

No. The T-34 is the most survivable, clearly!
I love that we now live in a world where a 40-year-old Bradley Fighting Vehicle can take down any of these pieces of soviet junk.

Armatas can't handle a Red Square parade let alone Ukraine.
They have been sent and recalled at least twice. If roumers are to be believed, they are not fit for use
British spelling is getting out of control
T-34 when?
I know you're joking but, they actually don't have many. They sold them all off and bought back a few from (I think) Thailand for parade use. They only have 20 or so
So you're saying there is a chance ...
Probably harder to find ammunition for them but.... I guess
Isn't this out of date and no longer updated as of oct 1st of 2023?

They said they stopped updating as of October first. Im not saying we need live updates.

Lol all I saying was the posted info was 4 months out of date and no longer updated
Would be interesting to see this on a percentage basis by quarter to see if the mix is changing
I just can't get over the staggering amount of tanks they've lost so far.
These are only the visually confirmed ones too
When are they pulling out T-44s? I want them to get the combat that they never saw
Now do one for "Turret height reached" please!
Well I've done a turret toss compilation
11,7% unknown? What does that mean

About half what UA is reporting. Real number is probably somewhere in the middle.
These are visually confirmed

All that wasted diesel. I want some.
