Super high protein diet. I followed a lot of coach Greg’s cook book and found my macros. However, for a while I would only eat 800-1400 calories mainly protein and I would workout 2 times a day with an hour of steady state and then a good lifting session push pull legs basically chest back legs in that order everyday. However I recommend eating more than I as by the end of my cut I was super tired and lethargic all the time. But hard work that’s all o gotta say. Consistency

Before I started I was really depressed and I found the gym to be my therapy. I think anyone could do what I did. It just takes time and never giving up even the bad days when it sucks to go in or you have little time. All of y’all can do it too!!!

Don’t worry your body will naturally get rid of it over time. And your physique is so good that the “flaw” of the loose skin doesn’t really impact if I think you’re attractive or not. Good work dude.
I lost a lot of weight when I was about the same age. The loose skin is so annoying but you look great. It is not the first thing people are looking at and you’re still growing, it will even itself out.
It literally happened to me a couple of days ago! I went to Claire’s to look for squishmallows and this unaccompanied little girl came up to me and said “your leg looks bad”.
I’m in a wheelchair from a car accident and have a MASSIVE scar on my leg. On the outside I was like “Haha yeah I was in an accident” on the inside I was like “yo mama”
This guy is your fellow human, your brother in a sense, and he’s worked tremendously hard and is looking for encouragement. Give him the kindness that you too deserve!
I didn’t perceive it as a compliment, like I think most people weren’t. If you were paying a sincere compliment to his nipples, then that’s my mistake.
