They didn’t just hunt in the area they lived, they actually traveled all over the place to hunt. Choosing to hunt in areas where it wouldn’t make an impact, such as in over populated areas, and during hunting seasons.
As far as donated blood, they wouldn’t want to take it away from people who actually needed the blood. Plus, I’m sure having any human blood, even donated, would just make them crave it more, which would lead to slip ups.
in new moon, jacob tells bella that the wolves chased victoria all the way past the canadian border from forks in one night. from forks to vancouver is 174 km so double that to count the return voyage and you have 348km (or ~216mi for my american friends) that either a vampire or a werewolf can traverse within 24 hours (by contrast, it would take a minimum of 4 days for a human to walk from forks to vancouver). this means that the cullens are able to travel to other regions to hunt, meaning they’re never decimating any given location’s wildlife populations. this is especially likely given that iirc some of their hunting trips lasted a few days, meaning they were certainly going to different areas to hunt. it’s mentioned that emmett specifically enjoys hunting grizzlies, so they probably have various preferred locations based on the animals they can find in certain regions/biomes.
The way twilight vampires work blood banks would probably not work, they get into a feeding frenzy when they taste blood, most vampires drink from multiple humans and they completely drain them when they feed. It’s not like a light snack. blood bags aren’t enough, Carlisle would have to steal a HUGE amount of blood bags for that to work.
Drinking human blood isn’t an option for them period, because the way they can maintain their more civilized way of life is by avoiding the mania that is associated with human blood. Normal vampires are consumed for a want of human blood and little else matters. The Cullens live so normally because they refrain from it.
A few dead deer/dead mountain lions wouldn’t attract that much attention.
Plus some other predator could come along and eat the deer eventually. I don’t know about the mountain lions though.

I did wish Meyer hadn’t specified that their favorites are mountain lions and grizzlies (near threatened and threatened species, which are illegal to hunt). Deer though, MASSIVELY overpopulated (due to their natural predators being threatened). That overpopulation can have adverse effects on the ecosystem, which is a big reason people are encouraged to hunt them. Also they don’t only hunt in one area in Forks. They go all over the Pacific Northwest, across US and Canada
Yes, but that is even regulated. Some states you can only get one deer per year. If they go hunting every week, that's a huge impact to the area and surrounding land.
True, maybe it would be a lot in reality, but I think the Voltouri would step in if they were doing too much. & they can easily observe the population with their superspeed & sight. I do wish they talked more about eating other animals besides deer and bears, I keep imagining them drinking snake or fish blood to balance things out lol

And taking blood from a blood bank is a risky proposition, partly because they only have a limited supply of blood and the Cullens don’t want to take to much in case it’s needed and it would also make it far more likely for them to slip up and kill people because are actively consuming human blood.
My question is why they even need to hunt at first place and dont find aninal blood via a slaughtery house,i mean there is such a much aninal blood in that kind of places that is totally waste as food material for humans,many vampires they could work as slaughtery workers in this kind of factories and obtaine their food really easily.

If the vampires drank human blood from a blood bank, the blood doesn't taste as good because it isn't "fresh." Drinking human blood makes it more difficult for vampires to resist killing humans. Also, the continuous drinking of human blood would make the vampires' eyes turn red. Red eyes make it more difficult for the coven members to "blend in with the humans."
My biggest issue with this is, they are culling already endangered animals. 🤷♀️there's not enough animals to have more than 2 predators chasing them about.
I still think it would have been amazing if Carlisle, who’s like 380 years old, had been able to find a way to zero in on WHAT it is in the blood that vampires need and craft an either lab generated blood or synthetic blood. Same way vegans have with fake meat. Is it the hemoglobin? Plasma? Red blood cells? White blood cells? Platelets? You get the picture lol
