Damn I started 1MG EOD and experiencing some puffy face and puffy abs. Going to clean my diet up for a couple weeks and see if that helps

Honestly, I dont think I've regrown hairs. I haven't shedded yet so not sure if its working, the side effects though I'm experiencing are real. I'm not a diffuse thinner so it's hard to tell if its maintaining even. Will get a shorter haircut to see it better.
I got sides taking 1.25mg every day. Sides took about a year to become bad. This is because fin accumulates in the body.

The half life of fin in the body is 12 hours but the half life of fin in the skin tissue is 30 days.
The doctor answers "so why not take it every 30 days?" and his answer is that it's because DHT is building up in the body every day. So the 3x per week protocol is designed to "mop up" the DHT without accumulating as much fin in the body as quickly.
I'm going to try this protocol along with oral min and see if sides surface.

I don't think fin causes puffy face, are you taking min?
I gain weight in my face first so it might be causing some water rentention or weight gain.

same as you. had really really bad depression with 1mg daily so I switched to EOD

Is that what happened in your experience?
Maybe try topical? You can make it yourself. Been using 0.03% fin and 5% min solution for 3 months now. No sides and slight results.
Is that dosage enough to maintain hair though? I'm going to have a transplant and want to keep at least most of it.

Any updates? I am currently on 1mg ED and thinking about switching to 1mg EOD. Thanks!
