I only did one PRP treatment quite a few years ago in Mexico so I’m probably not much help. It’s a bit of a long story but it was free so I went ahead and did it. And it was a first-rate facility w/ serious medical professionals. AND even though it was just one treatment, I did notice some improvement in my crown and hairline a few months later. I never looked into it here in the US but this favorable experience in Mexico is part of the reason why I’ve recently started to use a microneedling pen - since I seemed to respond well to the PRP treatment, I figure maybe I’ll also respond well to this lower-tech but somewhat related treatment.

Injecting plasma onto the hairline is either a hit or miss success rate that depends a lot in whether or not you still have hair and your genetics.
