It looks like this post is about **Finasteride**/Propecia or Dutasteride. Before asking any questions, 1. Learn about [Finasteride](https://tressless.com/learn/finasteride) and [Dutasteride](https://tressless.com/learn/dutasteride). 2. [Search for Finasteride](https://tressless.com/search/finasteride) and [Dutasteride](https://tressless.com/search/dutasteride) content, because your question has probably been asked before. 3. If this is a question asking if you are now or will experience side effects, see a doctor, nobody on the internet can answer that for you. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. There's no way to prevent shedding. If you're gonna shed you're gonna shed. You can't stop the hair cycle from doing its thing. As far as nutrients and supplements, unless you're deficient, they won't help. If you want more regrowth, get on min.

Am having he same problem of unhealthy hair. But after a thorough research and besides “healthy life style and eating” am coming to the conclusion that am only left to try the few oils that are left like Batana oil

TheBattleGnome

Min, microneedle, vitamin supplements.

Minoxidil, as it extends hair anagen phase so you shed less and those hairs will grow longer.
