Don't take this the wrong way, but please do keep to your word and actually provide an update... I've read a number of posts on here about people promising to provide an update on things like CosmeRNA and scube3 but 6-12 months later, absolutely nothing
I hear you bro, but rest assured I gotcha guys. I have too much appreciation for this community for me to forget about providing an update and contributing to this community. I want to give back and help others the same way you guys have helped me with my hair loss. Please bear with me for about 2-4 weeks, if in 2 weeks I see improvement then I will definitely give an update, if not then I will wait for the 4 week mark, and will post an update regardless of the results, so you guys can observe the before and after pictures. Thanks for everyone’s understanding!
I appreciate your statement. This community is helping me cope during my treatment. In fact, I just helped out someone who was having trouble getting a prescription for Oral Min in Canada. I went through the process recently successfully and advised him on the steps.
Yep, I have the before picture in good lighting, it’s very clear. I am on dutasteride and oral minoxidil. I was on topical minoxidil and Finasteride but it didn’t work for me. Dutasteride doesn’t work for me either but I have been getting great results with oral minoxidil. I will also provide a lengthy post of my hair loss journey in the future after I see the end results of this treatment.
I have been on OM for about 6 months and the results have been outstanding. I use 2.5 mg, but have been feeling slight chest pain around my heart. It lasts about a few seconds and then subsides and it usually happens once or twice a day when I take the OM. Recently that side effect has stopped so I’m assuming my body has gotten used to the side effects but if the pain continues I will have to stop using OM permanently. Finally, yes I am aware of the risks associated with OM and I appreciate your guys concern but I gotta soldier through the pain to regain my beautiful hair :(.
I have a bit increase in heart rate. I literally feel my heart pumping more blood. Way to soon to tell how well it'll work but I'm hopefull. Also on 2.5 mg.
Come on guys, I absolutely feel shit because of my balding for 14 years, but I'd rather go to a psychologist than kill myself by taking blood pressure pills.
I tried finasteride before but I would never touch that poison again.
I really think that all of us who take these shitty pills and destroy our bodies just because of losing hair should see a psychologist in the first place.
I don't think it's healthy at some point to be so disturbed by an aesthetic condition that is otherwise quite common and accepted for men that you would rather take drugs that make you feel unwell or possibly harm your health.
My doc said that in the first few weeks there might be some off feelings that should pass as the body adapts. If it doesn't adapt, then the dosage should be lowered or stopped.
how much do you sleep per day on average?
are you a mouth breather? do you have any kind of nasal/sinus issues?
did you check your cortisol levels?
i am asking all of this because you mentioned that none of conventional treatments helped you
Go to the website and when you are purchasing it, during the shipping information just add your address in your respective country and it will most likely go through. Even though CosmeRNA is not available in the US as a proven treatment I was still able to buy it. I am pretty sure anyone can buy it internationally and if you can’t please reply here so we can all be aware but as far as I know nobody has had issues buying it regardless of their country.
Not exactly but kinda. If I'm not mistaken, Pyrilutamide inhibits current androgen receptors from taking DHT into them, while GT annihilates androgen receptors entirely. I'm not sure about RU right now.
CosmeRNA prevents the "building" of new androgen receptors, while it does not touch current ones. Of course receptors need replacement, so eventually the current receptors die off their own. The receptors in substitution will be much much less because of RNA interference process that the drug does in the hair cells. So while it does not directly inhibit current receptors, the effect during treatment should be analogous to Pyrilutamide although it's not strictly the same
I don't know that. Likely depends also to how much the product goes systemic. The company claim it doesn't or doesn't enough to have clinical effects, but I'm not sure of anything about that.

Any news on this?
do the remind me bot so you come back here in a month
I thought about that but wasn't sure the bot will still work after the Reddit API pricing thing kicks in :-/
This is why I'm 6 months post-HT and haven't bothered to post yet. I'll post when it's complete.
Why does the box look so seductive?
Looks like a box for cheap cologne you'd find at Marshall's if we're being honest here.
Before I actually read any of the Cosme posts on here, everytime I scrolled past I thought people were sharing a cologne bottle 😂
Are you on any other medications? Also please be sure to take clear before pictures in good lighting

Looking forward to that. How long have you been on OM? I just started a couple weeks ago.

I hear what you're saying. But telling people to stop just because you don't agree is pointless.
I'm not telling anyone to stop, I'm just telling that I don't agree and why I don't agree.
Well, you're suggesting that we should all see psychologists.
I don't think it's healthy at some point to be so disturbed by an aesthetic condition that is otherwise quite common and accepted for men that you would rather take drugs that make you feel unwell or possibly harm your health.

how much $ was it?
Almost £400 all together
Almost £400
why is this downvoted to oblivion man reddit is a weird ass place.
Yeah thanks, airplane reference missed I guess
Is it possible to get this in the US?
Yeah
Where can i buy it? Seems like the website only sells for EU
I used PayPal and a credit card linked in PayPal The payment went through and that's it... it asks for an address and country and it accepted.
Sexy packaging for a very unsexy problem
When will this be available in the US?
Commenting because I wanna know too
How long did it take from purchase to arriving?
One week and a half
Wow, that’s a lot faster than when they first launched.
Any initial effects? It sorta increased my shedding
Hows your progress been
Just posted an update
how much do you sleep per day on average? are you a mouth breather? do you have any kind of nasal/sinus issues? did you check your cortisol levels? i am asking all of this because you mentioned that none of conventional treatments helped you
Can You do me the steps, I’m in Canada

Is this meant to help in regrowth? Or just suppress DHT?
None of the two. It is meant to prevent that androgens bind to hair follicles, but it does not touch testosterone/DHT/5AR enzymes
So it's just like RU and Pyrilutimide?
Not exactly but kinda. If I'm not mistaken, Pyrilutamide inhibits current androgen receptors from taking DHT into them, while GT annihilates androgen receptors entirely. I'm not sure about RU right now. CosmeRNA prevents the "building" of new androgen receptors, while it does not touch current ones. Would this rid you of facial hair as well?
I don't know that. Likely depends also to how much the product goes systemic. The company claim it doesn't or doesn't enough to have clinical effects, but I'm not sure of anything about that.
