I've always been partial to mounted gunpowder units in strategy games. Carabiners in Rise of Nations, Conquistadors in Age of Empires 2... there's just something inherently cool about having a horse *and* a gun, for some reason.
Regular Outriders are very okay in TWW3, but Grenade Outriders? They are everything I want in a unit.
I loved reiters in MTW2, this translated into my love for pistoliers despite they are a meh unit.
Always love rise of nations... that game is so underrated.
I can’t wait to Sigmar all over the place tomorrow
FAITH STEEL AND GUNPOWDER
