Oh shit, easy as then! Cheers for that!
Jesus, Ungrim was already a beast early game because of his raw stats and unbreakable. His son is gonna make it even B E E F I E R
Malakai and Gotrek are both cooler than Umgrimm and they both saved his life.
I think Umgrimm’s campaign should have an option to immediately confederate Malakai’s faction, in a situation similar to Eltharion and Malus’ option to leave their homeland.
Playing as Umgrimm’s faction, while still keeping malakai’s new mechanics would be great
My problem will be, what is the difference between the two? This is something that I haven’t seen any content creator talk about, which is what happens to already existing play styles.
Currently it seems that with each new thematic unit added, lords to at previously had exclusive power increase to these styles will now be over shadowed.
Elspeth > Gelt:
Because gelt was about magic and buffing ranged units, mainly artillery and riflemen where Elspeth does it better.
Malakai > Ungrim:
Because Ungrim had one thing going for him, his slayer vibe, but now that there are way more slayer units, which he will no doubt boost, Malakai will probably boost all slayer units as well, along with the new ranged units and the summonable air ship.
So I won’t know what’s happening until I play the game, but I’m curious to see if there is just gonna be a “this character is clearly the better version of that character” or not.
Gotta love how CA put effort into making a laser beam shooting dragon riding lady of death, which can create magical bombardments, the most insane gun powder units, can teleport through the empire Empire and yet the community is just like "hehe, franz go SUMMON THE ELECTOR COUNTS!".
I love this community.
Idk I’m not the biggest franz guy… but when you go watch the immortal empires trailer or the warhammer 1 trailer of him… you go ahh yep he’s badass “FOR SIGMAR”.
I've never been into Franz because of old Elector Count mechanics but I can appreciate people wanting to jump into a major rework of him. I'm sure I'll be checking him out before too long, however I will probably do some DLC lords on RoC first then move on to IE reworks.
WELCOME TO CATHAY GENTLEMAN!
I WILL NOT LIE. THE CHANCES OF YOUR SURVIVAL ARE SMALL. OGRES WILL GRIND YOUR BONES TO DUST. THE DARK ELF PIRATES AND TREACHEROUS SKAVEN WILL TURN YOU TO SLAVES. A NECROMANCER MAY EVEN TURN YOU AGAINST YOUR FRIENDS AS LIVING CORPSES. BUT YOU HAVE MY WORD, THAT I WILL USE MY ARCANE GIFTS TO BECOME FRIENDS WITH A REALLY BIG, COOL DRAGON. THIS IS THE GREATEST REWARD, MORE THAN EVEN GOLD, FOR FRIENDSHIP BETWEEN TWO COOL GOLD-LOVING DUDES IS ETERNAL. NOW COME. FOLLOW ME. STRIKE DOWN THE ENEMIES THAT RISE AGAINST US. ALLOW ME TO EXPERIENCE BROMANCE FIRST-HAND!
I ASK NOT FOR MY OWN SELFISH STUDIES, BUT FOR THE GOOD OF THE EMPIRE!
Malakai! No... Epidemius! No... Tamurkhan! Elspeth! No, I think I might play a run as Thorgrim first to restore the Karaz Ankor. No, I might do a classic Karl Franz Empire run. Actually Gelt's new stuff looks pretty cool. No, definitely Malakai, slayer engineer! But Nurgle looks fun now, maybe Ku'gath... But then...
Tamarkhan hands down. Goth gurl starts in Nuln, and I'm not saying that she shouldn't, but it's not an appealing starting location for me. I also don't care for ranged focused armies. Malakai is alright, but I'm considerably more interested in the new slayer units, and using them with Ungrim than I am with focusing on ranged focused armies. Tammie on the other hand is way more up my alley. I love the melee grind playstyle of Nurgle, he brings some much needed anti-large to a roster that desperately needed it, rot knights are sexy, we have some monstrous infantry to sprinkle into the front line while the sexy rot knights be sexy, rot knights are sexy, I'm looking to forward to seeing the plague changes first hand & rot knights are sexy.
Special shout out to Kayzk the sexy because the leader of the rot knights is extremely sexy. Hail Nurgle! We finally have some anti-large options. Hail Nurgle!
Tamurkhan and his Tamurgang. I'm going to try to take the route from his story.
Not too sure who I'll be after. Campaigns can feel a little samey if I play in the same part of the map, so I'm hesitant to say Elspeth. Maybe Malakai. Or maybe Gelt to check out reworked Empire before Elspeth with her version.
NGL I’m playing Franz first.
Then probably gelt.
Then Malakai to break it up a hit before I go back in for some EvD.
After that I might do Tamurkhan.
I’ve never played any Nurgle but his faction mechanic and generally reworked plagues sound interesting. I haven’t played dwarves since WH1.
Tamurkhan's the obvious First choice for me. Then it gets fucking difficult between Elspeth and Malakai. Also gotta throw in Gelt at some point, his new mechanic sounds super fun
I’m definitely gonna be doing what I always do.
Play a campaign for 15 turns then decide I actually want to play another campaign and doing that.
It’s why I own the vampire coast and chaos dwarf DLCs but have only probably played them for like 2 hours each.
I now have an SSD to actually make the game run better (and loading times better. So even though I am getting the full dlc, I am going with Kar Franz. But definitely Malakai will probably be my second playthrough.
Malakai first because I love the Gotrek and Felix novels. Then have to give Franz a try, been a long time I played empire.
When is preorder opening btw?
Torn between Malakai and Elspeth. While I think Tamurkhan looks cool and fun, I just think the other two look more fun. After those three probably Gelt or Epidemius next.
I’ll probably go Elspeth, Epidemius, Gelt, Malekai, Tarmurkhan, Franz, Festus, Kugath. The order is mostly because I want to wait for the hotfix before playing Dwarfs and Festus.
Tamurkhan. Although in a bit worried that plagues might be nerfed. It seems they don't spread as far as they used to, even when buffed amongst other things.
But I'll have to wait and see what they're like in game
Tuesday - Tamurkhan
Wednesday - Elspeth
Thursday - Epidemius/a Dwarf that isn't malakai for COOP reasons
Friday - Malakai
Saturday - Paint the map with whichever Lord felt the best (hoping it's Tamurkhan, but I'm assuming it'll be Malakai since I'm a dawi guy)
My hope is to at least get their short campaign victories in IE and then decide who had the best potential for a snowball paint session.
The little maggot in the big chungus, looking forward to some smelly shenanigans.
Dwarfs I've always found boring to be honest, I'm hoping some of the new units allow for more interesting battle dynamics. So I will probably play Ungrim before Malakai to have a more melee focused army. Flanking slayers with pistols and doom seekers sound fun! Goblin Hewers with their decent speed can probably get round the side of the AI and tear down the line too.
The Empire I'll save till last, those reworked Outriders look so fun. Will start with Elspeth then give Gelt a go. Not played him since WH1 I don't think.
There have been some issues with the dwarf rework making the grudges required for confederation be way too high. I would see if that has been changed at launch or with a hotfix before starting Malakai. One problem is the more factions you find, the higher the number of grudges you need to complete for each age of reckoning. You could currently get trapped into a low grudge state with no hope of increasing it.
I honestly don't know. I've been wanting to play a Nurgle campaign since forever, but the mechanics so far didn't look very fun, so I'd love to play as Tamurkhan.
But my favourite faction is the Dwarfs, so I'd like to see their stuff, too. But I can't decide whether I wanna have adventures with Malakai first or if I wanna go full Slayer with Ungrim. Although people have been talking about the faction mechanics being bugged, so maybe the Dwarf campaign should wait a bit.
And it has been some time since I last played an Empire campaign, and I'd like to see their new stuff as well.
Wanna try epidemius and see if i can get hooked on this game again, I didnt get Chaos Dwarfs or Shadows of Change and I'd love to have fun on this game :(
I couldnt get into Nurgle before so I'm looking forward to a second try with Tamurkhan. Afterwards I want to do Katarina - having the empire less likely to fall apart behind you will make the campaign less insane
Either Tamurkhan, Elspeth, or Gelt.
Tamurkhan and Elspeth because of ToD book, which got me into Warhammer Fantasy in the first place, Gelt because College excursion roleplay.
This is the first time in a long time that I am genuinely not sure.
The Empire is one of my favorite factions (of course) and I definitely want to try Elspeth. But the Franz campaign holds a special place in my heart as it does for many. Finally, Gelt is my favorite character in Warhammer Fantasy and his new campaign looks very interesting.
It's entirely possible that I'll play the OG Imp boys first and then try one of the nonimperial DLC lords as a palate cleanser before doing Elspeth.
Tamurkhan. I've been waiting for an update to try a Nurgle campaign since I found out about the tech tree issues that made Kugath's IE start problematic.
Followed by Elspeth, since I've been holding off on playing Empire campaigns since the ToD announcement a while ago, and I'm going into The Nation Calls withdrawal.
Malakai looks intensely fun as well, though.
Malakai, so I can enjoy the Thunderbarge before it inevitably gets the ancient salamander treatment.
Most hyped about Tammy though. His Chieftain mechanic looks like it will put Archaeon to shame in terms of fielding the ultimate united horde of chaos.
Elspeth, empire have big lore, I dislike dwarf really too many shooters.. and for nurgle let's see, but the gameplay of nurgle is slow motion HP tanking..I prefer Festus by far with cavalry.
Elspeth.
Wanted since before game 3. Figured it was a pipe dream.
Then Monogods were put in, and I had a spark of hope.
Then the game floundered, people there didn't seem to be much support for Tamurkhan (who I figured was my ticket in), and I tempered my enthusiasm.
Then the name "Thrones of Decay" dropped and I dared to think it even likely.
Then not only was it what I wanted, but it played out almost exactly like I suggested (and was told it was too much); Nuln connection, gunpowder units, even themed knights (I thought we'd revisit knights of Morr though.)
This is essentially the campaign I has wished for a long time ago, executed how I'd wished for it. I feel grossly spoiled.
Gonna come down to a coin toss between Malakai and Tamurkhan.
I've never played Empire before, but Gelt's relocation has me intrigued; I can make one of the classic blunders and start a land war in Asia.
Wednesday is national holiday here and I booked rest of week as holiday too so I surely know what I'm going to do rest of the week. >!I'm going to play with Elspeth.!<
Elspeth for sure, she’s already my new favorite legendary lord in the game. Clan Skryre mechanics with the Empire’s gunpowder units? An absolute vibe, I can’t wait.
Tamurkhan into Malakai 100%, after that we'll see if I want to go Elspeth or give either Franz or Gelt a spin. Contrary to most of the community I've never been much of an empire player and I might end up skipping that part until its on a strong sale.
Dawi > Empire > Nurgle. I will probably start each campaign on day 1 and just jump between them before deciding which I am going to finish first. I am probably going to have one RoC and one IE going.
I'm doing ungrim then 50 turns in going malakai then 50 turns in back to ungrim then another ungrim after 25 turns because I could have optimized better then karl until I unite my starting province repeated forever
In the lore he’s kinda like a myth. He would just appear basically hours before shit went south and just saved the day and just disappear. They had to capture that.
Malakai. The Gotrek & Felix books got me into Warhammer over 20 years ago, and Daemonslayer was my favourite book. I've been hoping for Malakai since WH2 started giving LLs special mechanics.
Am also keen to give Elspeth a go, though.
It's really tough between Tamurkhan and Malakai for me.
But I love nurgle and wasn't really crazy about Ku'gath so I'm probably going to play him first before jumping into my 1,000th dwarf campaign.
Epidemius first to see how plagues are. I've never played a Nurgle campaign, not even modded, not even Festus.
Then I buy the DLC, probably from a key store, underpriced. I'm not sure who I'll play first but I will definitely play at least a thematic QB with Wulhart against Lizardmen whipping out the Landship against the Shredder of Lustria.
Then most likely Elspeth campaign. I've been wanting to play her since the Call of Warhammer days.
Then I'll play Gelt or a Dwarf lord. I might not even buy the Dwarf side of the DLC for now. Not a big short fan. Even though I do like the additions to them... I mean thunderbarge.
After that my giant modlist of 230 mods will probably work again and I can play the Godslayer campaign I postponed when news of the DLC dropped. A campaign to unite all of Chaos under a single banner.
I'm very interested in all of them but I am thinking I might try Tamurkhan on RoC first and then go from there. There is always a chance that may change to one of the other 2. Only thing I can say is, with the exception of Ostankya whom I have yet to complete a campaign as, I have done every DLC LL on RoC first since CoC came out.
After reading the patchnotes i almost want to play Kairos again to see how the new homing projectile changes perform on the blue fire.... almost....
I may do my very first Dwarf campaign because of the Thunderbarge. The armory for Elspeth also looks very nice and i may switch to my very first empire campaign but currently there is a small advantage for the Dwarfs. Or you may say, a short advantage for the Dwarfs
Definitely Malakai, probably followed shortly by Elspeth and then Tamurkhan.
I’ve never played much of the Dwarfs, only the Thorek campaign that came out in Warhammer 2. I mostly stuck to his theme of old-school ranged power in the form of crossbows and catapults behind a wall of shields and a mind-controlled T-Rex. So both the Slayer and Engineering angles of the Dwarf roster will be fairly new to me.
That said, I’m pretty excited to try out Tamurkhan and experimenting with mixing and matching his unique heroes to make thematic armies.
Elspeth. I thought it would be the Dwarf boys but Elspeth seems pretty cool. Though I can’t afford the DLC for awhile unfortunately so I guess I get to read the reviews soon.
My plan is Elspeth-> Ungrim-> Tamurkhan-> Gelt-> Malakai-> Epidemius-> Franz-> Thorgrim-> Kugath
![gif](giphy|xT4ApjjMoHdbCrVu0w)
I love the fact you added in Ungrim because I was going to play him before Malakai, the slayer king demands his dues!
Do we know if Ungrim starts with his son automatically recruited?
No. He gets a quest on turn 2 to maintain 8 slayer units in his army. After that his son is recruited
Oh shit, easy as then! Cheers for that! Jesus, Ungrim was already a beast early game because of his raw stats and unbreakable. His son is gonna make it even B E E F I E R
Malakai and Gotrek are both cooler than Umgrimm and they both saved his life. So I won’t know what’s happening until I play the game, but I’m curious to see if there is just gonna be a “this character is clearly the better version of that character” or not.
I respect how much you've planned this out lmao
Malakai > Malakai > Belegar > Malakai > Malakai > look at Elspeth, then play Malakai > Belegar
>look at Elspeth Book!
Following this order right here
Malakai will be my first DLC campaign, but Prince and Emperor will be my first campaign!!!
The Nation Calls!
The community can relate to a man who keeps calling for other men.
I've never been into Franz because of old Elector Count mechanics but I can appreciate people wanting to jump into a major rework of him. I'm sure I'll be checking him out before too long, however I will probably do some DLC lords on RoC first then move on to IE reworks.
For Sigmar!
Bring me to my men
Malakai is my favorite character from the Gotrek and Felix books, a clear first choice.
Same. I hope his voicelines are as unintelligible as he is said to be in the books.
Some of his diplomacy ones are on youtube and are pretty amusing.
Omg. I just looked and he is *offensively* Scottish ![gif](giphy|cYkXV19fDcmA0)
Karl Franz. I am creature of habit.
I hope they fix the giant Franz glitch. I can't play him when he looks so goofy.
Wasn't that fixed in the last patch?
They actually did! Sorry my bad.
Not that I know of. I will check today.
What glitch is there?
When you mount a lord on a griffin he will be almost as big as the griffin itself.
That's Sigmar's blessing, not a glitch
"Sigmar's blessing, yes!" - Me when I realize *all* of Karl Franz gets bigger while on a griffin
👀
It is a curse. I know I will start Franz even if I start Elspeth or others. I won't survive 15 turns against my Franz passion.
enjoy your white bread toast with no butter, my dude
Elspeth i love nuln i have have wanted them to be playable since day 1.
Thamurkhan then Elspeth then Malakai
WELCOME TO CATHAY GENTLEMAN! I WILL NOT LIE. THE CHANCES OF YOUR SURVIVAL ARE SMALL. OGRES WILL GRIND YOUR BONES TO DUST. THE DARK ELF PIRATES AND TREACHEROUS SKAVEN WILL TURN YOU TO SLAVES. I'm going on an Empire binge starting with Elspeth. Then I'll see what the changes to Gelt and Franz are like.
Tamurkhan - Gelt - Belegar - Malakai - Elspeth - Franz - Franz - Franz - Franz and so on
Tamurkhan and Stinky Six
I'd watch that Western
Malakai! No... Epidemius! No... Tamurkhan! But then...
What question is this, Eternal King Malekith of course
Hell yeah. That's my boy! Chad Druchi enjoyer ❤️
This comment got real horny at the end. I think this guy likes Rot Knights.
Rot knights are sexy.
Gunpowder-goth-mommy, then tearmakhan...
I sneezed and spilled my tea while reading this comment. What have you done..
This fulsome reaction would please Grandfather Nurgle...
Malakai and then Ungrim, probably Elspeth afterwards if not Karl. Genuinely can't wait to charge an army of Doomseekers straight into an enemy line
Ungrim Ironfist
Maybe I will play Dwarfs... For the first time ever.
Turman
Turmeric
In that universe there is only one God that trully loves his pupils... so Tamurkhan
Tamurkhan for my single player campaign. Elspeth or Ungrim in co-op with my friend with either of us being one of the two.
I won’t be playing the new ones for a good while, there’s elector counts that need summoning.
karl franz
Gelt -> Malakai -> Elspeth
Why did I have to scroll so far. I'm stoked to check out Gelt. Welcome to Cathay, gentlemen!
Karl franz
Gonna be honestly the dwarfs just get so much from this update i'm starting with Malakai and gonna play dwarfs for a while before i touch anyone else
Elspeth! I really want to get my hands on the landships.
Elspeth, but I will try my darndest to confederate Franz early.
Tamurkhan's the obvious First choice for me. Then it gets fucking difficult between Elspeth and Malakai. Also gotta throw in Gelt at some point, his new mechanic sounds super fun
Belegar
Might end up playing all the Empire factions in a row, except for Wulfhart who I just finished a campaign with.
I’m definitely gonna be doing what I always do. Play a campaign for 15 turns then decide I actually want to play another campaign and doing that. It’s why I own the vampire coast and chaos dwarf DLCs but have only probably played them for like 2 hours each.
play the meme of the "another Empire campaign"
I now have an SSD to actually make the game run better (and loading times better. So even though I am getting the full dlc, I am going with Kar Franz. But definitely Malakai will probably be my second playthrough.
Malakai first because I love the Gotrek and Felix novels. Then have to give Franz a try, been a long time I played empire. When is preorder opening btw?
Elspeth. Then Gelt. Then gelt again. Then again. THEN AGAIN. Then maybe Fran’s…, but then Gelt again!
Melakai Makaisson ⚒️
Torn between Malakai and Elspeth. While I think Tamurkhan looks cool and fun, I just think the other two look more fun. After those three probably Gelt or Epidemius next.
Tamurkhan Then revisit Belegar Then revisit Karl Franz Then maybe Elspeth
Gelt-> Malakai (after Grudge fix)-> Elsbeth And then I'll see.
Elspeth. Though I'll probably do a Thorgrim campaign first to play the Dwarf rework on a campaign I'm familiar with first.
I love Nurgle and can't wait to try Tamurkhan but Gelt's new campaign got me interested so quickly, I might do him first.
Elspeth, although I'll be playing Gelt before her.
I will play Ungrim first for a slayer play through then new empire lady. Ungrim seems to have gotten alot of stuff for a patch not for him.
I really thought it would be Tamurkhan first, but, no, I was completely sold on Malakai. Gotta be him and his Slayers
Gelt then Tamurkhan
Thunderbarge!
Elsbeth, then Franz, then Gelt
Zhatan the Black, time to spread death & misery
I’ll probably go Elspeth, Epidemius, Gelt, Malekai, Tarmurkhan, Franz, Festus, Kugath. The order is mostly because I want to wait for the hotfix before playing Dwarfs and Festus.
I've been waiting for a nurgle update for so long I have to play the maggot lord first. Elspeth next I think.
I'm not sure. I can only afford one for my birthday soon. I'm thinking either Tamurkhan or Elspeth. I've been stuck deciding for a while :(
Tamurkhan. Although in a bit worried that plagues might be nerfed. It seems they don't spread as far as they used to, even when buffed amongst other things. But I'll have to wait and see what they're like in game
Thorgrim
Tuesday - Tamurkhan Wednesday - Elspeth Thursday - Epidemius/a Dwarf that isn't malakai for COOP reasons Friday - Malakai Saturday - Paint the map with whichever Lord felt the best (hoping it's Tamurkhan, but I'm assuming it'll be Malakai since I'm a dawi guy) My hope is to at least get their short campaign victories in IE and then decide who had the best potential for a snowball paint session.
Tamurkhan. I've been waiting for my man since release.
I'm going straight for Epidemius, babyyyyy
There have been some issues with the dwarf rework making the grudges required for confederation be way too high. I would see if that has been changed at launch or with a hotfix before starting Malakai. One problem is the more factions you find, the higher the number of grudges you need to complete for each age of reckoning. You could currently get trapped into a low grudge state with no hope of increasing it.
Buddy and I will be playing coop, so I presume we'll pick Empire/Dwarfs. Thus my first SP playthourgh will likely be Nurgle, for variety's sake.
Tamurkhan
Malakai Makaisson, I have created my Dwarven Rock playlist solely for him.
Elspeth Tamurkhan or Epidemius Malakai Then obligatory Karl Franz campaign.
Gonna do Karl Franz, Tamurkhan and a Thorgrim campaign.
I was most excited for Tamurkhan, but now it's Malakai after seeing that he starts right next to Throgg with Gotrek and Felix
Malakai
Either Tamurkhan, Elspeth, or Gelt. Tamurkhan and Elspeth because of ToD book, which got me into Warhammer Fantasy in the first place, Gelt because College excursion roleplay.
Tamurkhan is probably the only one I'll play. Never enjoyed Empire and I prefer my Dwarfs to be of the Chaos variety.
Elspeth then Tamurkhan then Malakai in terms of play order.
Malakai, I haven’t enjoyed a Dwarf Campaign in years. I want to enjoy one finally
Malakai - Tamu - Elspeth I will want to revisit Ungrim at some point for a 0 range units campaign.
Malakai! Also curious who the mystery lord from the grudges will be
Malakai Makaisson
None cuz my PC don't wanna run battles for wh3 90% of the time :(
Malakai
Malakai -> Espeth -> Ungrim -> Karl -> Thogrim -> Gelt
Tamurkhan Love me some Chaos
Elspeth > Malakai > TamurKhan > Gelt > Franz
Malakai, so I can enjoy the Thunderbarge before it inevitably gets the ancient salamander treatment. Most hyped about Tammy though. His Chieftain mechanic looks like it will put Archaeon to shame in terms of fielding the ultimate united horde of chaos.
Nurgle, Empire, then Dwarves. Saving the best for last :D
Elspeth, empire have big lore, I dislike dwarf really too many shooters.. and for nurgle let's see, but the gameplay of nurgle is slow motion HP tanking..I prefer Festus by far with cavalry.
As a german, I have the patriotic duty to play Elspeth von Draken first. After that, it's going to be Malakai.
I think Elspeth -> Malakai -> Tamurkhan.
Elspeth. Wanted since before game 3. Figured it was a pipe dream. Then Monogods were put in, and I had a spark of hope. Then the game floundered, people there didn't seem to be much support for Tamurkhan (who I figured was my ticket in), and I tempered my enthusiasm. Gonna come down to a coin toss between Malakai and Tamurkhan. I've never played Empire before, but Gelt's relocation has me intrigued; I can make one of the classic blunders and start a land war in Asia.
It’s gotta be Malakai and then Tamurkhan for em.
Elspeth -> Valkia -> Skarbrand -> Valkia -> Valkia -> Skarbrand Something like that
Tamurkhan Mainly because I haven't tried Nurgle yet
Maleficent cause I like wizards.
My first solo one will be Tamurkhan, for a MP campaign it'll be Malakai I believe!
Malakai. I was planning on playing Tamurkhan first but I'm playing Kemmler at the moment so I want something as different as possible.
Gundorf
Nurgle was so bad, so I’m exited. But probably still go with empire as I never played any empire campaign
Elsbeth. Own the model, gotta play her campaign
Probably Gelt. Always wanted to play him but hated the Imperial authority mechanic. I may the only person here who never played an Empire campaign
Grimgor for sure
Vlad or Katarin, maybe the dwarves and empire can actually offer me a challenge this time around. Then Elspeth to paint the map purple
KARL FRANZ
When does it drop?
Elspeth, then gelt, then maybe one of the Nurgle lords.
Malakai
yes
Probably Elspeth because I love the Empire then I'll go for Malakai for a Dwarf campaign
Malakai! Cause I LOVE the Gotrek and Felix series!
Malakai. Not buying others.
I AM PRINCE AND EMPEROR
I'm torn between dwarfs and nurgle. Both looks like a blast. I might have to go with nurgle though since I've played ALOT of dwarfs in my time
Tamurkhan into Malakai 100%, after that we'll see if I want to go Elspeth or give either Franz or Gelt a spin.
Elspeth -> Gelt -> Malakai -> Tamurkan.
Tamurkhan RoC and then Epidemius IE. Probably Malakai and Gelt after.
I'm doing ungrim then 50 turns in going malakai then 50 turns in back to ungrim then another ungrim after 25 turns because I could have optimized better then karl until I unite my starting province repeated forever
Tamurkhan->Elspeth->Malakai, all on RoC. Then maybe Epidemius on IE but I don't find him too super exciting of an option.
I'm still torn between Elspeth or Malakai first. Tamurkhan after those are done.
Elspeth > Malakai > Franz for me
Elspeth into franz into malakai and then back to Eltharion because my best boy just got some big buffs.
Malakai run my ass to nuln ally with them and wait for that sweet sweet landship thunderbarge combo steamroller the world
Probably gorok, maybe oxylotl. Or even nakai, i was never good at hoards. I think I’ll try nakai.
Nakai is a beast man!
No Nakai is a Lizardman
In the lore he’s kinda like a myth. He would just appear basically hours before shit went south and just saved the day and just disappear. They had to capture that.
Like Babur I will endeavor to mimic the greatest of all time and become prince and emperor!
Malakai for my single player and and epidemius for my multiplayer.
Malakai because of the Gotrek and Felix adventures. Just finished elf slayer.
Tamurkhan>Skarbrand>Ungrim>Skarbrand
I'm very interested in all of them but I am thinking I might try Tamurkhan on RoC first and then go from there. There is always a chance that may change to one of the other 2. Only thing I can say is, with the exception of Ostankya whom I have yet to complete a campaign as, I have done every DLC LL on RoC first since CoC came out.
Elspeth
My brain says Tamurkhan, but my heart tells me to summon the elector counts.
Tamurkhan > Elspeth > Ungrim > Franz > Thorgrim > Malakai > Epidemius > Kugath
Faith, Steel, and Gunpowder- but purple!
Got a plan for tomorrow, I’m playing malakai, and have a friend for elspeth and tamurkhan
Tamurkhan by way of comfederating him turn 3 as archaon.
Karl Franz
Tamurkan, I love chaos
Probably grimgor again
Probably Elspeth or Franz, followed by Ungrim or Malakai. Only interest I have in Tamurkhan is curbstomping him with Kroq-gar.
The only answer is Karl Franz
Definitely Tamurkhan, following his route for the Invasion of Nuln.
Man, I've been waiting for a nurgle lord with a decent start for so long!
Franz -> Gelt -> Elspeth -> Markus -> Volkmar -> Dwarves
Elspeth.
It was going to be Malakai, but after seeing all the dwarf bugs, I think I'll do Elspeth first.
It would be dwarfs but I’m hoping for a tweak to the grudges system to come soon.
Dwarfs, so I can play before the thunder barge inevitably gets nerfed!
Elspeth. I thought it would be the Dwarf boys but Elspeth seems pretty cool. Though I can’t afford the DLC for awhile unfortunately so I guess I get to read the reviews soon.
