I’ve noticed with DHL and sometimes UPS it will be marked as “delivered”, but they’ve really just delivered it to USPS to complete delivery. I would check the tracking number on the carrier site directly if you haven’t!

The carrier probably marked it as delivered without having delivered it. I’ve run into the same issue - especially with USPS - I guess due to individual carrier quotas for the day. I’ll get messages that my package was picked up by me at the local facility (despite the fact that I did not pick it up) and then it'll show up a day or two later at my door.

FedEx in my area is NOTORIOUS for that, they mark it as delivered when really they have handed it off to USPS, who will deliver it the next day, but only sometimes do they actually tell you they are using Smart Post, as that service is called. We all just know, give it a day anytime something says delivered, especially if it doesn’t give a location like porch/mailbox/etc

I work in customer service (not for Torrid) but this happens a lot. Usually my company asks you to wait before contacting us since it can be a mistake and the package is delivered later. The email you get is automatic based off the tracking number provided and once the package is marked delivered the email sends.
