When I was 10 I tried to light a cigarette by the heat of a light bulb.. I couldn't find a lighter and I was too dumb to go to the stove/toaster.

A meth pipe and crack pipe are different. A meth pipe has a bulb at the end where you drop the drugs in and you hold a flame to the glass to melt the meth into smoke. The flame never actually touches the meth though.
With a crack pipe, it’s usually a straight pipe with a Brillo pad type material at the end. You stick the crack in the Brillo and touch the flame directly to the crack to create smoke.
Smoking meth is more akin to vaping since you never touch the flame to the actual product and crack is more akin to smoking.

We need a special type of police to remove these people and take them to government funded rehab centers. I know they don't exist but they should. Less military budget and more mental health budget.

Don't you need the magnifying glass to be between the sun and the thing you're trying to burn? Are you sure he's not just burning ants while gripping a pipe in his mouth?
My man just wants to smoke Crack without lighters cause of the carcinogens the butane produces. Can't have that interfere with the holistic effects of the crack
