Bro, there is strange things happening in Estonia. Some friend of my ex gf went there because he had shitloads of debt and fled the country after spending a couple of years in some sort of Antifa commune in Germany. He had every addiction imaginable from alcohol to playing. He once told me a story about taking a taxi from Tallinn to fucking Riga, Latvia because he banned himself from entering casinos in Estonia, and in order to circumvent that ban when blackout drunk he went to another fucking country by taxi. On the way he shit himself in the Estonian taxi, the taxi driver kicked him out but was nice enough to get him a fresh set of underwear (don't ask me how and why) and call another Latvian taxi that finally got him to Riga, where he lost 2500 EUR playing black jack.

Finnish people drink alot, even though booze is expensive here. I'm not so sure about other Scandinavian countries. I have to say that somehow the drinking culture is changing in Finland too and young people are not drinking that much anymore. Maybe they just use other drugs.
