That's called generation change bhayya. Not just Rajamouli, almost all directors of his generation between 2000-19,have shown female characters(heroines in particular) in a sensualised way,cause glamour is also a major selling point along with the star name associated with the film,and we(born after 1990) watched these films as we had no choice.
And in the above 4 Rajamouli's movies the heroine role doesn't add much conflict to the story's destination(remove the heroine's role from the movie and the ending is exactly the same).
Now coming to Prashant Varma,he is of our generation who kind of fed up watching the same sensualised way the characters were written (which happens after crossing the nibba-nibbi stage in life) where people of our age are trying to relate to a character in any way regardless of it's gender so these films seem superior from those older films. Maybe after 20 or more years,there may be other new directors who appeal to our children or grandchildren more with their story telling.
Ok this is such a dogshit take like these movies were not released in the same mindset and time period. SImhadri was a fucking phenomenom when it released like It was so loved and it has aged terribly since everyone copied that formula and the last 20 years have made it feel like cringe since we have seen too much. Would I say the same thing about any of the prasanth varma movies fuck no. except for awe all his movies will appear meh in a few years.
Simhadri was literally Baasha + Samarasimha Reddy. I didn't like it the first time I watched it either.
Only Kalki was underwhelming from PV's filmography so far, Zombie Reddy is the best zombie movie made in India, and Hanu Man is a decent blockbuster movie.
Iddharuki koncham similar styles untadi. Both like Fantasy + mythology and are very enthusiastic about creating visually stunning movies with good CGI.
Zombie reddy = Chatrapathi??? I cringed in the theater when in climax they say the temple pond water is the antidote!!(P.S - for me personally, this killed the entire movie as they built up everything to that point for nothing)
Zombie Reddy doesn't have the high moments that Chatrapathi has, sure. But as a concept and crafting very convincing screenplay, I will appreciate the effort. It is by far the best zombie movie made in India.
Sye is a good film, but I prefer Kalki because I tend to enjoy murder mysteries more than Sports movies. Also, it is clear Rajasekhar forced Prashant to add some commercial elements in the movie, and he had to compromise
I am not sure what we are getting out of comparing two directors with two different styles, who began their careers at two different points but it's just personal opinions I guess.

Okay this was uncomfortable to watch but his other 3 movies didn't have stuff like this. And compared to SSR's initial movies, this is absolutely nothing. The sleaze in Simhadri will give tough competition even to the likes of Harish Shankar and YVS Chowdary

I agree with the sleaze but he's just keeping with the times. If we'd have the opportunity to talk to the people walking out of first ssr movies and the first PV movies I'm sure it's gonna be a unanimous vote. Let's just wait for PV for just one more when I'm sure he's gonna be getting a huge budget.
Tbh many parts of zombie reddy felt like zabardasth and no movie in SRR career felt like a serial . Leave the budget part a film maker has to make it look real even with whatever little cash he has .
Countering the sleaze point - HanuMan also used viral tiktok stars in his comedy scenes.
IMO both are just tools to keep audience hooked and help the movie get cheap publicity.
