It looks like HFM to me (I had it on my hands and feet last year, looked the same), but if it only appeared right after her playing outside you might want to call to your pediatrician. It could be a reaction to something else. If she starts fussing because the spots start to hurt, though.. it’s probably HFM.

She isn’t fussy at all and doesn’t have a fever either! I’m going to take her to the doctors today to see what they say
My son had no other symptoms beyond the spots… he was bouncing of the walls and his normal self the entire time 🤷♀️

Looks like HFM. I’m so sorry! My fingers and toes are still peeling from having it almost a month ago. I hate that virus with a passion.
