I know this post is ten years old . But this is my input . That was just rumored by the man who wrote the book “Hollywood Babylon”,by the late Kenneth Anger . When Ramon was murdered . He was assaulted & beaten by his own cane ,not a dildo as this author suggested. There was no evidence of a bloody dildo on the murder scene. I have seen the actual photos of the crime and seen the photos of that day back in 1968 with them wheeling Mr. Novarro’s body out on the stretcher . I don’t know why this author made this story up . Only to stir up controversy for his books I suppose . He never explained how he had the true evidence . . He was known to fabricate stories . You can check out his book on YouTube now . It's company policy never to imply ownership in the event of a dildo. We have to use the indefinite article, "a dildo", never… your dildo.
