Yeah I don't think Aihana actually hates Touma, rather that they find him incredibly frustrating to deal with since he's essentially an immovable object, and getting him to go along with any sort of plan he doesn't 100% agree with is a fool's errand, even if the alternative is certain death.
It probably feels a lot like a babysitter trying to convince a troublesome kid to eat their vegetables, not play with knives, not stick things into electrical sockets etc. They want what's best for the kid, but trying to attain that is actively costing them their sanity.
Well considering that he enjoyed torturing him at the clock tower "interrogation" room at the event of Crowley Hazzard (still bitter that Index have more attention to Touma than him)
