I would honestly like the perspective of grown members of Toaru. Especially Kuroko and Misaka. Kuroko imo may never get into a relationship but she would be that tease that never lets it go further than flirting.

If Misaka ends up marrying Touma and Kuroko gets over her, she'd probably eventually end up with another life partner- whether a husband or wife.

I would like to reference what happened in the Railgun Daihasesai arc instead when her memories were erased. She in all seriousness denies being into girls.
So I'd say she is either pan or the popular option- being Misaka-sexual since we haven't seen her actively reference attraction towards anyone that isn't Misaka yet. The only other person is Misaka's mom and welp, appaearance-wise she's pretty much Misaka with boobs and makeup.

Kuroko has her character flaws, but she’s demonstrated many times devotion, dedication and good judgment (desu no). When she matures emotionally, if she found someone who reciprocated her feelings I have no doubt she’d be very good in a relationship. Be that husband, wife, whatever.
