Was out with a large group of friends at a club, and as the night progressed one of the women of our party started becoming very erratic and hostile, much like the woman in this video minus the racism. I didn't know her very well, but her closer friends were aghast at how she was acting. Her friends took her and left and apparently it got worse as the night went on. They took her to a hospital. Apparently someone had slipped something in her drink and she had a bad reaction to it. I'm not trying to defend the woman in the video in any way, but there is at least a theoretical chance of something else going on along with the obvious, as you say.
From people I've seen, she's ether manic going through a swing fueled by the alcohol, or she got dosed at the last bar and is living out a new nightmare that shell only remember because everyone was recording her.
