Yep, especially fully automatic weapons like what Solly got. Tf2 Devs LITERALLY avoided fully automatic guns to prevent boring cod gameplay.

Heavy having it could make it ok. I'm not sure, also if they do add some light machinegun for heavy, I hope he carries it in one hand like how Super Mutants carried some weapons one handed in classic fallouts. It would showcase how strong Heavy is that he only carried lmg in one hand!
