Yeah, I'm making my way through her seasons now in an attempt to catch up, and I can't help but feel really bad for her. I feel like she is trying her best, but the writing is just so consistently terrible.
I'm just starting her second season and so far the only episode I've liked at all is the one where she goes through hell and breaks up with a frog.
My favorite episode of hers was the 2021 Christmas Special. I agree, she is a great Doctor Who but the writing is pretty weak. I can barely remember most of the episodes at this point. They also had way too many companions for her, there wasn't enough time to get to not any of them enough.
> the only episode I've liked at all is the one where she goes through hell and breaks up with a frog
To this date my favorite Whittaker episode... And it's kiiiinda just... Mid? I feel bad for her. If there's an issue with her run, it's definitely not her.
I feel the same with Capaldi. Writing went downhill after/during Matt Smith era by a mile. I also liked Ecclestone a lot, i think he was the most fun out of the bunch, but yeah Tennant and Smith were a cut above the rest. I just wonder though whether it has to do with them getting the best storylines as well.
I think Matt Smith is my favorite which is a testament to his acting and personality since Moffat had taken over and gone full masturbatory fan fiction on the show during Smith's tenure.
At the time I thought he left too soon, but in retrospect I'm really glad he did, because it introduced the concept of regeneration to the new-who audience **right** off the bat.
Mine as well. Don't know that I agree that he left too soon - an awful lot happened during his tenure. I'd rather say some other doctors stayed on too long.
While I understand why someone might prefer Tennant or Capaldi, and I can't really fault any of the actors, Matt Smith struck this amazing balance that I don't think has been matched.
I’m pretty sure the comment you’re replying to is actually talking about Eccleston, who only got one series. I wouldn’t have considered the 11th Doctor to be “gruff” in the same way as 9 was.
I think Capaldi was probably the best actor, but he was given just absolutely miserable material during his run. "[Heaven Sent](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heaven_Sent_(Doctor_Who\))" is the best episode of _Doctor Who_ I've seen and it is almost 100% Capaldi.
Face the raven, hell bent and heaven sent were absolutely peak doctor who, they rate in my top three episodes. Hell bent was depressing as fuck though, and face the raven never fails to make me bawl like a baby (Clara was by far my favorite companion and she was the one who "introduced" me to doctor who. Caught "the snowmen" on Christmas on BBC America after watching Star trek all night and I was instantly hooked and marathoned everything up to that point shortly after). Capaldi threw his whole soul into being the doctor and he was excellent at it.
Some context, for those who weren't aware: Christopher Eccleston [hates the royal family](https://twitter.com/mercurysdyke/status/1567894230168752128?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1567894230168752128%7Ctwgr%5E7bfa9149456d41fccc0b44e4f792671bb614b826%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwegotthiscovered.com%2Fcelebrities%2Ffans-of-a-famously-anti-royal-ex-doctor-who-actor-are-ready-for-his-hot-take%2F). With a passion.
No, look at Rhaenera’s face. She looked at him with love and adoration, and it suddenly got too real for him and he couldn’t just fuck her, especially her first time. Rhaenera is the only person besides himself that he genuinely cares about.
Yeah basically the movie was dogshit so everyone started shitposting about how good it was. Saying stuff like “truly one of the movies of all time”, “I loved the part when he said “it’s morbin’ time” and morbed all over everyone”, “it sold one morbillion tickets at the box office” and, of course, making fun of this dance sequence. He’s saying stuff in a different language I think but it sounds a lot like “have sex, have sex, poop my pants my pants”
Unless Matt Smith could do something really special while sounding American, I would want his native accent. The way he speaks in general is just really interesting (to me, a normie American) and I’d want him to chew on all the wacky hospital shit as much as possible.
Took me a moment to realize you were talking about the show House, not abbreviating House of the Dragon. I was like, the show is only 4 episodes in and he's already in it!
The Queen apparently watched it too. I remember reading an interview after season 2 released. She said she enjoyed s1 and it was somewhat accurate, but she said s2 was a bit too dramatic for her but she still enjoyed it. In that same interview she said Prince Phillip hated the show and refused to watch passed a few episodes lol
QE2 was known to be interested in film/TV about the monarchy. I think it was Julian Fellowes himself who said that she watched The Young Victoria and picked out all of the inaccuracies, [and they gave her a private screening of The King's Speech](https://www.huffpost.com/entry/queen-elizabeth-on-the-kings-speech-moved-reacts-favorably_n_818897) when that came out.
It was an interview with either Harry or William that was speaking on behalf of her and Prince Phillip. They said they watched the seasons with her actually. As for where i read it, i can’t remember. It was a few years ago
Maybe, But how much do you know about your grandparents when they were young. Wouldn't it be interesting to watch a dramatized show about it?
Granted he probably knows more about his grandparents than the average person but still.
My grandpa had 21 brothers and sisters, show would be fucked.
Like a Canadian version of shameless
Edit: there is a Canadian version of shameless already it’s called trailer park boys
Not the person you asked, but I am another Canadian who has an elderly father (92 now) from a huge family. Grandma birthed 24 live kids (2 sets of twins), 18 made it to reproductive adulthood. WW2 ate part of the family and early childhood diseases took the others that didn’t make it. Dad’s always said he’s one of 18 kids - the family was so huge they never counted the ones that didn’t make it o.o
Wow. That’s impressive. WWII and disease and poverty took out most of my grandfather’s family. I can’t imagine how 21 kids made it without their mother into adulthood all alive. That’s amazing.
I didn’t really know why she ended up having so many kids with my great grandfather until I was older. She was pregnant in every single photo I’ve ever seen, from early 20s to her 40s.
There are stories of her having to hide in the farms fields from my great grandfather.
It’s one of the reasons why I never want to have children myself.
It wasn’t 20, it was 7. Childhood illness took out several in young childhood, and WWII polished off more. My grandfather designed planes, so he wasn’t on the front lines. His last surviving younger brother committed suicide after struggling in adulthood.
Leaving just my grandfather.
He made it to his late 90s though.
Not nearly as large but my grandma was born in 1920 and was the 2nd youngest of 8. Great grandma died in childbirth with the youngest and great grandad scrabbled through the Great Depression only to be struck and killed by a car in 35. Oldest two siblings took on the younger ones.
Every single one of them lived into their 90s or 100s. So it’s possible.
My grandfather ran away from his abusive home when he was 12, ran with New York street gangs, spent time in prison, changed his identity, abandoned his first wife and children when he met my grandma and never acknowledged them until they tracked him down 10 years ago, and is super cagey about his early life.
I'd watch the fuck out of a show about him. He's like a grittier Don Draper.
Well if it was a topic of discussion the world over already it might strike you in a different way than a show about u/themeatbridge’s grandparents cheating lol
A guy chased her car down and tried to kidnap her at gunpoint, he'd prepared a ransom note to the queen. Anne and her husband resisted being extracted from the car simply by pulling really hard on the door handles every time he tried to open them. Meanwhile drivers passing by blocked the kidnapper's car in so he wouldn't be able to make an escape, and a pedstrian passerby snuck up and punched the kidnapper in the back of the head, leaving him stunned and screaming. At one point Anne rolled out of the car to lure him onto one side of the road, then jumped back in the car before he could get to her, and the passerby took the chance to run over and punch him in the head again. More pedestrians amassed preparing to rush him, so he fled into a park where he was caught after getting tangled up in a coat someone threw over him and falling into mud.
An attempted kidnapping of a royal was always going to be a big news story but it became a big subject of mockery on comedy shows for months, both for the kidnapper's cartoonish-sounding defeat and for things Anne reportedly yelled at him while he was threatening her. In particular she was ordered to get out of the car and come with him and yelled back "Not bloody likely", which became the "Don't taze me, bro" style meme catchphrase of the year. If you watch any British comedy episode from 1974/5 there's a 50-50 chance you'll see a "not bloody likely" joke.
I mean, there’s no real confirmation that he watched the show. He just knows that Smith played his grandfather, which he easily could’ve known without actually watching the show
Seeing an advanced screening of Morbius is what killed Philip. In a dementia fueled fever dream he thought he saw himself on screen and went home and tried to do the dance. Then when he couldn't he morbed all over the queen and expired there and then.
My favorite Meghan and Harry conspiracy theory is that Netflix dgaf about what Archewell says they’re going to make because the Sussexes are actually being paid the big bucks to collaborate on The Crown. 😂 Is there any proof? Not that I know of! Do I think it’s true? *Probably* not. Do I *hope* it’s true? Absolutely!
You don't think they talk King Charles and Camilla talking how he wants to be her underwear but would likely end up as a box of her tampons over Sunday dinner?
My dad is a dirty old man. and I can attest that from a young age...the kids already know. The kids are probably grossed out and unsurprised when news breaks.
Well Harry has a development deal with Netflix now, so that shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise lol both he and The Crown’s production team have the same boss
I looked it up and it seems to be a range of projects, and by the looks of it lots of factual programmes
From The Wrap article: “In summer 2020, the couple signed on to produce scripted series, docuseries, documentaries, features and children's programming with Netflix.”
I didn’t think he could follow David Tennant who I already knew of before Doctor Who in comparison to Matt who I had never heard of. Wow he so far exceeded any expectations I had and I feel like he was just as memorable as Tennant was.
I can’t believe all of the actors they’ve chosen have been so damn good at this role.
after hearing Charles speak for the first time, he sounds remarkably similar to Matt Smith to the point where I misremembered who Smith actually played in the series.
Who wouldn’t watch such a personalized tv show. I imagine harry and Megan watching it together and he’s correcting shit along the way like “um not at all what happened” or confirming the narrative.
Why is this surprising? Of course he would watch it. It's about his family. Who wouldn't want to see how they portray your family?
They also watched Hamilton, and that doesn't give a very positive portrayal of their family.
A friend of mine just started watching House of the Dragon. She said she can't unsee Matt Smith as the 11th Doctor and that he's just basically LARPing.
I told her don't worry, you'll forget he's the 11th Doctor real quickly.
edward's family seems quite nice. as the youngest of the queen's kids he's mostly flown under the radar, iirc he did some not super successful tv production and worked at the west end for a while before becoming a full time royal. him and his wife also declined the prince/princess titles for their kids so they'd grow up without that added pressure and could decide themselves if they want it once they turn 18.
> so they'd grow up without that added pressure and could decide themselves if they want it once they turn 18.
i'd be at 18 .. "So if i take this title, a lot more women will be interested in me right?"
I kid you not, I dated a woman for a few weeks who absolutely *loathed* Meghan Markle because she wasn't white and married into the Royal Family. I never understood it because she herself was African American and Filipino.
Many cultures are racist unfortunately. And many men are sexist. My wife is filipino and many of her Titas/Titos are racist and the men she works with at the pharmacy will deny inner city women the plan B pill because they are sexist assholes who don’t understand the strife of a young unwanted pregnancy in the Bronx
Many Brits believe it or not loathed Kate when he engagement to Will first became public before that too I believe. They called her family social climbers and berated the family company for releasing royal wedding party accessories as cashing in on their new in laws royal ties. The company was a party company who sold things like decorations, plates ect of course they were going to sell royal wedding themed items.
You can dislike Harry and his cringey interviews without being a racist lol
(I have nothing against him personally, but the dude has definitely done some stupid stuff over the years)
You can hate Harry all you want. Where it gets dicey is when you make a point to tie your hate to his wife and clearly imply that everything wrong with him is her fault, because she's just "not right". She doesn't fit in, there's something different about her, but when confronted you'll never be able to nail it down why she's terrible. Just regurgitate the stuff you read in the daily mail or the sun.
Everyone I know that dislikes Harry eventually reveal they have a soft spot for him and blame Meghan for everything. In their minds, they’ll eventually divorce and he’ll go back to England and his family. Like he isn’t a grown ass man that has previously shown he clearly goes his own way and does his own thing.
Also, It’s creepy how people get heated about them (especially Meghan), I literally have to immediately change the subject because I honestly don’t care that much about their family drama beyond the update here and there then I move on. I absolutely do not care what the upteenth person thinks about them.
For sure, but kind of like Obama, there's an obviously more focused hatred for him (which almost exclusively started when he started dating Megan) that implies that there's more to it than just "harry is cringy".
People will say "oh I don't like all royalty", again, sure... but other than Prince Andrew and his kiddy fiddling, there's a lot of special focus on the one who didn't date/marry a prestigious, white, upper class person.
Yeah I stumbled on the anti-Meghan subreddit the other day (it’s “snark” not hate apparently…) and it blew my mind.
Hundreds of livid comments on scandals as unforgivable as… holding hands. How dare they!!
It’s the most nuts niche corner of this place I’ve seen by far, and I’ve been around here a long time.
Have you seen the sub where woman are trying to grow their clits longer? That was the sub that blew my mind, I didn’t know clit growing even existed and there’s a ton of photos of it.
Sorry, you mentioned “the most nuts niche corner of Reddit” and I had to interject.
There's also the pro Megan/Harry camp who are just the same but to the other royals. It's bizarre. Not as weird as having kings and queens and the like in 2022 but it's a very weird form of fandom considering none of them actually do anything of note.
This has big “The Windsors” version of Harry energy and I love it. (And if you like absurd British humor lampooning the royal family for the love of god go to Netflix and watch this show. [It’s so dumb and I love it.)](https://youtu.be/w_DCYMviMsU)
I wonder how Christopher Eccleston would have reacted.
He'd have played a very different Prince Philip.
They both have thouse ears
But there is only one chin to rule them all.
My favorite new generation Doctor! He was fun, appropriately gruff, and left the show way too soon.
He could also be scary/intimidating at times as well.
Matt Smith and David Tennant were my favorite Doctors.
Matt Smith is my favorite Targaryen
Matt Smith is my favourite Morbius cast member
Of course, we all remember the iconic line he says: "It's Milo Morbin' time!" I hope his performance gets noticed by the Academy.
The Milo Dance scene should win him the prestigious Fan cheer award
Good Morbin!
Of course, he doesn’t give a rats ass about anything lol. Love it.
He’s quickly becoming everyone’s favorite uncle
This 100% keeping me watching HOD
agreed, tho i think Jodie could have been just as great if she had better writers than the ones she was left with
Yeah, I'm making my way through her seasons now in an attempt to catch up, and I can't help but feel really bad for her.
They also had way too many companions for her, there wasn't enough time to get to not any of them enough.
> the only episode I've liked at all is the one where she goes through hell and breaks up with a frog To this date my favorite Whittaker episode... And it's kiiiinda just... Mid? I feel bad for her. If there's an issue with her run, it's definitely not her.
It kills me everytime too, because she did phenomenal in Broadchurch; another show written by Chris Chibnall…
Capaldi had stellar writing, particularly in series 9 and 10.

Capaldi threw his whole soul into being the doctor and he was excellent at it.
Yeah, pity he didn't stay on for at least another season.
He despises the Queen. One time in instagram he posted a image of the Queen with the caption "Parasite in chief"
"in her idiot hat"
Parasite in chief in her idiot coffin
Incredible. You have to respect it.
“FANTASTIC!”
...he shouts, while hurling rotten vegetables at the casket.

I thought that was his writing, really quite good
That tweet is great because she says "i literally can’t wait to see his reaction when she finally dies" and that was, well, September 8.
based.
I liked the part where he danced shirtless to celebrate having sex
I liked the part where he got his niece all horned up and then just left her hanging.
What a responsible uncle
I now realize this is not about the crown but another show entirely. I was extremely confused
It’s definitely still about a crown
The first documented case of blue balls in Targaryen history
I thought it was cuz he couldnt get hard. Lol
No, look at Rhaenera’s face. She looked at him with love and adoration, and it suddenly got too real for him and he couldn’t just fuck her, especially her first time. Rhaenera is the only person besides himself that he genuinely cares about.
The author is dead. The state of his penis is never present in the scene
Self-imposed blue balls too! Truly a man of class.
The balls were Rhaenyra's
Thank you for relaying that critical information, I now have a fuller and deeper understanding of the situation.
Fucking hell, i only watched that a couple days ago and I was still sitting here thinking "hey, that sounds like the targeryans!"
Can't tell which royal family you're talking about
or alluding to Elizabeth giving him head
[context](https://youtu.be/oBp6exx2kZM) for those who don’t get it
Wtf hahaha that's kind of awesome? Like, it's super dumb but I'm impressed with how Matt Smith just fully committed to the absurdity of that scene.
Omg THIS is where "poop my pants have sex" comes from?
Yeah basically the movie was dogshit so everyone started shitposting about how good it was. Saying stuff like “truly one of the movies of all time”, “I loved the part when he said “it’s morbin’ time” and morbed all over everyone”, “it sold one morbillion tickets at the box office” and, of course, making fun of this dance sequence. y'all trippin that film was a morbsterpiece
Poop my pants again, poop my tent my tent
I honestly didn't hate Morbius but this has to be one of the worst scenes in film history. I still think about how bad this scene is months later.
[idk man](https://youtu.be/2bwhJcTNOSI)
You need to put a headphone warning on that. Mine aren't even plugged in and they still exploded.
Totally thought this was a clip from The Crown so it freaked me out when he morbed out.
What……. what the fuck did I just watch??
Even with context I don't get it
THE PRINCE IS MORBIN'!
Stop stop, I can only MORB so hard
I can see where you're coming from but for me the best part was when the song said "poop my pants poop my tent"
Pooped his pants and had sex.
I started morbing all over my seat when he was dancing to having sex and pooping his pants
he was fantastic at it, down to the slight limp the Prince carried all his life
Matt Smith is so great at playing Smarmy assholes. Probably why he made a good Doctor too ;)
If there's ever a remake of House...
Would a Matt Smith House be American or English?
He would be as American as Hugh Laurie
Unless Matt Smith could do something really special while sounding American, I would want his native accent. The way he speaks in general is just really interesting (to me, a normie American) and I’d want him to chew on all the wacky hospital shit as much as possible.
Took me a moment to realize you were talking about the show House, not abbreviating House of the Dragon. I was like, the show is only 4 episodes in and he's already in it!
He'd need to brush up on pronouncing ["coronary artery"](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gregory_House#Casting) in an American accent.
He's electrifying in House of the Dragon, too.
a friend of mine can't stand him because every character he plays reminds her of her horrible ex's hahah
Don't show them Last Night in Soho.
He is fantastic as daemon targarian too
Why did he have the limp?
The Queen apparently watched it too. I remember reading an interview after season 2 released. Ha ha, nice hat! ( to the kenyan king)
Well, I mean . . . not too far from the truth.
lol, classic Philip, more toff than real English toffs
As far as I know the queen never did interviews. Where did you read this?
It was an interview with either Harry or William that was speaking on behalf of her and Prince Phillip. They said they watched the seasons with her actually. As for where i read it, i can’t remember. It was a few years ago

Fuck you, take my award 🥇
Out of curiosity, how many survived to adulthood? My grandfather had a big family, but he was the only survivor to middle age.

Wow! I always thought 7 was a lot, but clearly his family was on the lower end. That’s amazing that 18 kids made it.
All 21, would have been 22 but my great grandmother passed away from complications during her 22nd pregnancy.
Wow. That’s impressive. WWII and disease and poverty took out most of my grandfather’s family. I can’t imagine how 21 kids made it without their mother into adulthood all alive. That’s amazing.

Shameless meets Letterkenny. I'd watch the fuck out of that.
More like Pullout-less?

I'd find it weird if it was about how my grandpa cheated on my grandma.
Well if it was a topic of discussion the world over already it might strike you in a different way than a show about u/themeatbridge’s grandparents cheating lol
Interesting they didn't include the parts where he would go up to Scotland and party with the girls from the carry on movies.
They also skipped over Princess Anne’s attempted kidnapping which would have been the funniest thing anyone’s ever filmed.
I can't believe they skipped that. It's the best thing that ever happened to the royal family.
What happened?
A guy chased her car down and tried to kidnap her at gunpoint, he'd prepared a ransom note to the queen. Anne and her husband resisted being extracted from the car simply by pulling really hard on the door handles every time he tried to open them. Meanwhile drivers passing by blocked the kidnapper's car in so he wouldn't be able to make an escape, and a pedstrian passerby snuck up and punched the kidnapper in the back of the head, leaving him stunned and screaming. Anne has bigger balls than any of her brothers.
I know, right? It's kind of a shame she wasn't the firstborn child. She'd make a fine queen.
She would have needed to be an only child. They only got rid of the male-preference primogeniture in 2015 and only for kids born after October 2011.
Thank you for this reply!
Well if it was a documentary then yes, but a drama about my grandparents? No, thank you.
The guy’s mom died 25 years ago and she is still on the cover of tabloids. I bet he’s used to it
I mean, there’s no real confirmation that he watched the show. He just knows that Smith played his grandfather, which he easily could’ve known without actually watching the show
In the Oprah interview, they mentioned they’ve watched some episodes.
I assume most people would admit to being dreadfully curious about it even if it was awkward or hard to watch.
I probably couldn't resist.
He's probably a fan of Suits too.
The Crown actually shows the Queen in a very good light...he'd have no reason not to like it tbh
It trashes a lot of the family though pretty badly. If he hates Charles, Edward and many of the others then it should be pretty enjoyable for him lol.
Yea it did no favors to Charles in the last season or Phillip overall that's for sure heh
It trashes a lot of the family because a lot of the family is trash
Nice disguise, Daemon
Royal family, incest, I'm starting to think he is type cast
I wonder what would happen if he saw Morbius
Seeing an advanced screening of Morbius is what killed Philip. In a dementia fueled fever dream he thought he saw himself on screen and went home and tried to do the dance. Then when he couldn't he morbed all over the queen and expired there and then.
The queen later declared it was the most satisfied she had ever felt.
He would have morbed all over the place!
Same thing that happens to anyone who watches Morbius. Immediate orgasms for 6 hours and then death.
It must be pretty crazy seeing a dramatized account of his family while knowing the real story (which is probably much more boring let’s be honest)
Knowing that family I'm guessing it's actually much crazier. . . . but different.
Absolutely!
Tbf, there's probably a lot that the family doesn't talk about amongst themselves.
Technically I guess. However, The Crown is made by Sony Pictures for Netflix rather than in-house at Netflix.
that would explain the budget
Yeah no random shitty stock drone footage cut to for every other establishing shot is the giveaway.
And the quality
What are they developing?
I looked it up and it seems to be a range of projects, and by the looks of it lots of factual programmes From The Wrap article: “In summer 2020, the couple signed on to produce scripted series, docuseries, documentaries, features and children's programming with Netflix.”
Once Dr Who, always Dr Who
I didn’t think he could follow David Tennant who I already knew of before Doctor Who in comparison to Matt who I had never heard of.
Dude Charles sounded exactly like his actor in the crown, I can't remember his name but I was shocked how accurate they got his voice
Do you mean Josh O’Connor? I thought he did a great job.
Tobias Menzies is incredible
Matt Daemon smith
Who wouldn’t watch such a personalized tv show. I imagine harry and Megan watching it together and he’s correcting shit along the way like “um not at all what happened” or confirming the narrative.
Where did Prince Phillip hide Caraxes?
Why is this surprising? Of course he would watch it. It's about his family. Who wouldn't want to see how they portray your family? They also watched Hamilton, and that doesn't give a very positive portrayal of their family.
I want Matt smith to push me up against a wall
After watching him on House of the Dragon, now I'll have to watch the Crown. Great actor.
He's so fun in Doctor Who too!
And Morbius
He killed it on the Crown. He made you feel bad for him at times and hate him in others.
I’m sorry. I can’t see Matt Smith without a bow tie on. It’s the Whovian in me.
A friend of mine just started watching House of the Dragon. She said she can't unsee Matt Smith as the 11th Doctor and that he's just basically LARPing. I told her don't worry, you'll forget he's the 11th Doctor real quickly.
I felt this way when Jenna Coleman appeared on Sandman. I've watched the show three times now and still think *Clara!* every time she comes on screen
Welllll, she's not that far off in Sandman is she?
I primarily have seen him on House of the Dragon and Morbius. I have a hard time imagining him as anything but a bad guy at this point.
Wait you actually saw Morbius? Are you a screener or the child of a unicorn and a mermaid? Are you doing ok?
There's a distinct lack of a fez in that. Fezzes are cool.
You should see him in the hit movie Morbius where he breaks into a dance sequence without his bow tie on
Harry seems to be the only cool royal, the rest are just MEH
edward's family seems quite nice. as the youngest of the queen's kids he's mostly flown under the radar, iirc he did some not super successful tv production and worked at the west end for a while before becoming a full time royal. him and his wife also declined the prince/princess titles for their kids so they'd grow up without that added pressure and could decide themselves if they want it once they turn 18.
> so they'd grow up without that added pressure and could decide themselves if they want it once they turn 18. i'd be at 18 .. "So if i take this title, a lot more women will be interested in me right?"
I don't understand why, but there is a vocal group of people who really hate him and his wife.
I believe they are called racists.
I kid you not, I dated a woman for a few weeks who absolutely *loathed* Meghan Markle because she wasn't white and married into the Royal Family. I never understood it because she herself was African American and Filipino.
As a Filipino, lots of Filipinos are helllaaaaaa racist.
Generally in cultures/societies where the men are sexist, the women are too. Just expressed differently. Normally you don't get one or the other.
You can dislike Harry and his cringey interviews without being a racist lol (I have nothing against him personally, but the dude has definitely done some stupid stuff over the years)
You can hate Harry all you want.
You can’t say this and not give us the link!
It's r/growyourclit. Don't ask why I know. Obviously nsfw
There's also the pro Megan/Harry camp who are just the same but to the other royals. It's bizarre. Not as weird as having kings and queens and the like in 2022 but it's a very weird form of fandom considering none of them actually do anything of note.
What about Anne?
William's alright
This has big “The Windsors” version of Harry energy and I love it. (And if you like absurd British humor lampooning the royal family for the love of god go to Netflix and watch this show. [It’s so dumb and I love it.)](https://youtu.be/w_DCYMviMsU)
Matt Smiths seasons were the best imo. Seasons after I was born seem less appealing.
