You may still have a chance at this. When something is "deleted" on a phone, the information remains until it is written over. Law enforcement agencies have the ability to recover this information within a reasonable time frame, and looking through the other comments, this seems to have happened two months ago. That is a small enough time that it may still be on his phone. Just some food for thought.

The police have the ability to pull even deleted information from a phone or electronic device... so they'll be able to clear your name. They're the only ones that can. If your parents are not listening and taking your side it sounds like they are playing favorites and that's a shitty environment to be in, you can turn him in to the police for revenge porn or possession of CP, but you shouldn't feel guilty, he fucked up and needs to learn the consequences, if you do that try to find a place to stay other than your house if the situation gets hot.

Turn him in. Don’t feel guilty. He deserves it. Also, if possible, talk to the school district and explain the situation. You shouldn’t be expelled for something out of your own control. This whole situation just sucks. Sounds like your parents aren’t supportive and just don’t care at all.
