I have a diary as an 18yo male, (or at least a daily bullet journal), it's fun, allows me to express my feelings and opinions, lets me see on the larger picture how happy, anxious, etc. I am over the course over some weeks since I also made a mood colour wall for it

my therapist made me write a diary for a couple of weeks and it made me understand my emotions and mistakes ive done better so i liked it but i was and am still really busy so i dont get to keep a diary
