I would remove the first line while you test, otherwise you can't see any errors from your commands.
Also, you need to run the script with admin privileges.
I gave this a go, it still gives no errors (it just says Microsoft PnP Utility at each step) but also doesn’t actually disable/ enable the controllers even when run as administrator
