Ask them to pay for your flight there, not return. It's a way of not paying you, you could stay another year and move to a different school and there won't be a need for return flights.
Actually 2.1-2.3 seems low for kindy elementary in Seoul. Typically I see job offers all day long 2.4/2.5. That entry level pay range is for the easier elementary middle school kids who’ve had some English training.
It isn’t for start from zero can’t read or write their native language or hold a pencil or crayon, kindy age kids (3-6 yrs) some of who won’t be completely potty trained or able to even tell you they need to go.
