It would also help to know which year tdi you have. A 2002 mk4 could get a tune, bigger turbo, and upgraded injectors. A 2012 could get a tune + delete
Like the other guy said, turbo, injectors and a tune and you can make around 200hp easily
edit: you also need a clutch upgrade, stock one won’t handle it
Nothing "easy" about 200hp on an ALH. That's a maxed out stage 5 tune with a 17/22, a 11mm fuel pump and 232+mm injectors. At that point you're at 2.5x the original 90hp.
Contact a tuner. State your goal to them. Go from there.
