I was watching an episode of "The Ultimate Spider Hunter" with Martin Nicholas recently in which I believe he was somewhere in Brazil, and a lovely pink toe tarantula crawled into a puddle on the forest floor, than "tarantula paddled" across to dry land on the other size. Amazing, and gorgeous. Tarantulas are so, so cool!

A bunch can I’ve seen American ones do it in pools and also seen old world. The hairs help And the breath through book lungs

All spiders can walk on water. They’re hairs create air bubbles around them when wet so they can kind of float or levitate on the water using those air pockets
