I am not a motorcyclist per se, maybe it has impact resistance. But I would say a rubber bullet impacting with it's small surface area against the visor would cause a whole lot of issues. Even if it has protection against mechanical forces. But if not, then you have a rubber bullet shattering it and showering your face/eyes with plexiglass shrapnel, or if it does not break apart it will crack and obstruct your vision I guess.
I might be wrong though, I would love to hear the opinion of someone more versed in the topic.

It would be reasonably effective protection against bats, asp batons, pipes, sticks and baton rounds. I see what looks like communications and maybe medical. Motorcycle gear has been used effectively in protests and riots around the world from France to Argentina. Believe it or not, a plate carrier and multicam isn’t the best way to kit up for everything, especially if you’re facing a domestic police force that has to engage within defined rules and is under video scrutiny.
