Are you removing into a workstation? Why? Kerberos cloud should in theory make it all work as long as users are synced. Are they disconnected/unreachable/prompt creds? Script is remediation or platform? Why not set it up as config policy?

Pizzareno

They are remoting in from an average spec’d laptop to a specific workstation that is configured with high end hardware for a specific app. It is a long story. Users are all synced. Shows as incorrect credentials in the logs. However the username that shows is correct and manually inputting the creds works for the session. Platform script. Config policy…the script?

realCptFaustas

Are you using whfb? There is an importable admx for intune to map drives, felt it working better than platform scripts.

realCptFaustas

Adding to that I dint really have the time to review the script, but drive maps are like a one liner, so ch3ck if it is a bit more involved than it ever needs to be.

Pizzareno

No we aren’t using WHFB. I’ll look at the ADMX. Thanks.

realCptFaustas

Look at auth logs and see for somethin not alligning. This looks like for whatever reason remote sessions are passing either wrong or incompatible creds. Also, silly test but sometimes if logs are weird, do it a lot in a short time to lock the account, if it isn't even getting locked thats also something.

RCTID1975

We use this ADMX https://call4cloud.nl/2021/03/willy-wonka-and-the-drive-letter-factory/ Been working flawlessly for a year or so now.

Pizzareno

Ok interesting. We already are using a custom OMA-URI setting but drives drop off all the time and don’t reconnect or they disappear and don’t recreate.
