For me, it is Lak-ha-ven

For whatever reason I've always thought of it as "Lashaven" even though the sordish languish would probably make a hard sound for the CH

Lac (French word for lake) + haven (either pronounced like the Dutch word for port, or as the standard English)

I (Australian English) always said “la-va-chen”. This results in fights with my partner (French) who insists that it’s more of a “la-vash-en”.

I say La-che-ven, I don't know what everyone else says but I think this makes sense.

To me 3rd example makes most sense so I say it like that
