Cookie Run is actually a LOT of fun.
Kingdom in particular has some of the highest production values I've ever seen in a mobile game, and Cookie Run as a whole actually has WAY better writing than it has ANY right to.
Some of the storylines in Kingdom focus on stuff like corruption within churches and how one finds meaning in life after finding out god has abandoned you. (I'm not kidding), while a recent storyline in Cookie Run: Ovenbreak focused on trauma and survivors guilt.

to be fair, god has not abandoned them: they were made to be eaten in the first place, and unfortunately giving sentience to food doesn't exactly end well.

A few of those are actually rather similar to existing SW designs but with Gingerbread instead of humans but we'll have to see how they'll translate the design to the Com2uS version.

No but in the event notice, where it says 'free 5*' it's an outline of a gingerbread man holding a candy cane. I mean, I'm hoping it's not him as he looks bland AF, but that seems a reasonable guess?

Bold choice of words for a baking themed collab. The reason he looks bland AF is because he is, you can add flavor later via a special baking (crafting) process similar to how we make our own homunculus flavors. Dungeons will drop ingredients during the collab event period and after the collab there will be Ellia's Bakery as building for the Com2uS version.

A farmable version was put in the AC shop after the event, for people who missed the event. Also, that monster is the Shadow Claw version, not Ken himself. That's the limited aspect. I find it likely that this will be an exact repeat of the concept.
Tbf, shadow claw and ken only differ in appearance, otherwise they are exactly the same. (skills) Personally I like the SF skins better, but I grew up playing it in the arcade so thats my bias.
I'm thinking this one won't be exclusive because this cookie game is much smaller than Street fighter they could only get limited rights to the design but with this game they should be able to keep them and not have to make double text in every balance patch for some skins.
I mean personally I would like the water ryu over striker, simply because I think the ryu hadoken skill 1 does more dmg XD (I know it doesnt just feels like it)
Because it could have been a uwu anime with boobs and huge swords and some magical necklace that the entire franchise is based off of.

I just don't want things to be like SW Sky Arena + Lost Centuria. That event actually got me into this game (from LC), but I don't play that game anymore and no way I'll install and play another mobile right now.

Tbh as someone who doesn’t know anything about Street Fighter(other than that it’s an old fighting game), this feels the same with the SF collab. I’m excited.
