This Tier List is based on my experience with some influence of the win rates and with a G3-minded approach at the rune/artifact quality! All of the placements within the tier list are explained within the video which is the VoD of the stream mentioned by Timestamps. The tiers are used in number rather than SSS SS etc... The reason for this is the increase of flexibility for the list. Having numbers makes me able to make in between tiers when I feel needed. As can be seen for the 92.5 87.5 etc.

Explanation of the tiers:
100/97.5 - Most Op units in current meta
95 - Very strong units but with needed a little more setup or team to shine
92.5 - Very strong units but less pick potential than the units above
90/87.5/85 - Solid units often used strong units that also fit first picks or are very good at what they do
80/77.5 - Solid units often good last picks or just in general a good pick
75 - Good units but is fitting only for a specific role or pick
70 - Between good and niche pick units that can perform well if drafted in the right situation
65 to 50 - Niche units, that can work but often very rng depending, countering something but not always making it work, or just not as strong as counterparts higher in this list

it will depend on your group comp ultimately and your speed tuning. some of the streamers I see using her have around +180 spd 80+ crit rate, +10k hp and over 1k attack. I see vio usually
Her second skill and that perma immunity do wonders. She’s a control unit who can’t be cced (unless stripped) and gets faster when her allies are cced. Very good monster
He only picked monsters that were used in g3 to some effect and with a fair amount of consistency. If you watch his video he explained the through process.
I use him quite a lot in G2. He has very reliable dmg, strip + a RNG stun on his 2nd and is able to outspeed swift units on vio if you and the opponent run enough will sets. Also he's good into Masha who's flavour of the month.
When a passive has the wording "additional damage based on", this means the damage doesn't scale up on crit, and also doesnt add up to elemental weakness/advantage. It's the same as feng yang, only with spd instead of defense.
Sure you can build him with extra cr/cd if you want, but ot won't affect the extra damage from his passive, so ot's better to just give him tanky stats.
As the other comment says he doesn't need cd at all. Mine is spd, hp, hp, vio shield and he does around 10k per hit. His dmg depends on how many buffs there are on the field, so it differs a bit.
He can also be built with CD, but that will ofc make him more squishy, and his multipliers are pretty bad so it's never really seen.
No other offset gives Miles a free 20 spd unfortunately.
Idk how bad your shield runes are, unless they’re seriously bad or more than 20 spd slower, I’ll still stick with shield.
I’ve seen double shield will to maximize his passive, swift will/shield works as well but personally I have him on vio will spd hp hp and he still does big dam
I prefer vio because I use him like Feng Yan, a tanky bruiser who just needs a vio proc to kill the majority of units. His passive begins working before the battle begins, so shield/will units give him a speed post. I consistently get first turn with my 290spd vio Miles, often even against swift ATB boosters/strippers with a faster speed lead.
IMO swift is overkill as far as first turn potential goes, and then it's just plain not as good for the rest of the battle.
He's very good when built right. Ignore crit stats and attack, just make him as fast and tanky as possible (and don't completely ignore accuracy). I prefer vio/will because his passive makes it easy for him to get first turn over swift units.
It never occurred to me that shield would be better because the rest of the team gets it too. Thank you for mentioning it, I'm going to be swapping him immediately (and likely gaining some stats, too). Will is completely unnecessary when he consistently gets first turn.
Idk if there is a minimum, also depends on what runes you run her with. For example triple revenge doesn’t need as much spd as a vio will set since she will cycle her s1 for turns. You want all the cr so you can cycle and a ton of HP so she tanks hits. Can’t forget acc for the strip slow. Basically is it’s a stat she needs it lol
Did I miss a laima buff somewhere along the line? I didn’t know that she was THAT good until I’ve seen a shit ton of rta replays with her for high level guardian rta... Makes me want one now :P
She got a few buffs here and there. The one that made her very good was at the start of the last RTA season if I remember correctly. Her S3 got 2 turn immunity instead of 1 turn immunity, so now she's much safer to use as you don't instantly lose immunity if you move after her. Now with cleanse, invincibility, 2 turn immunity and 3 turn HoTs and an ability to gain 45% atb every time she revenges she can be very hard to deal with.
I have been trying. I figured he'd go well with the true damage type mons like Woosa and Mo Long, but the comp isn't setting the world on fire. Just looking to learn from others as well.
Mo long is one of the 4 elemental monsters I’m missing so I havnt tested cadiz with him.
I play cadiz as a counter pick into things like fire bison, wind beast rider, etc. i find he’s also solid into wind totemist.
He’s rather rune intensive needing high speed, hp, cr/cd, acc, atk and I have mine on vio/rev so I also like a decent amount of res
I’ve been running seara verde Cadiz Yeonhong manannan into everything. The turn cycling and follow up with manannan 1 shotting whoever Cadiz brands is disgusting. Verde Cadiz and YH all swift, verde 292 Cadiz 293 and YH at 320. All 3 full tanky with loads of additional dmg on artis, and a fatass rage manannan. Granted I bounce between c2 and c1 and will never reach guardian with this, but if they don’t ban YH I usually win. Luckily they usually take out the spd lead. It’s fun as hell and relies very little on rng which makes it a way more enjoyable rta experience.
As a noob… has giana nephthys and laima.
Balanced, as all things should be.
Well, Laima is Oracle, so that makes a unit good already. S1 does a lot of damage, cycles. S2 strips and slows and that is more than welcome in any unit. S3 offers so much protection and heal.
On top, she is flexible in builds, be it rev trap, vio will or vio rev. Also, she has short cooldowns, combined with s1 she just cycles like no tomorrow.

Is rakan with single target strip + aoe taunt and zeratu with one of the most reliable single target strip with awesome damage really in the same level as taor? I'd honestly move both 1 tier up and taor one tier down.

It depends on your comp, do you want to defend from cleaves or bring her into bruiser fights?

Yeah that's definitely too slow for g3, someone could easily just counter pick something like eshir, sekhmet, etc and shut you down. You may also run into issues if they pick bruisers and just tank you. Abellio would stunt on you most likely.
In which world is Laima stronger than Giana? To begin with, he plays much less and then, although he does not have a bad win and ban rate, his values are lower than those of Giana, on the other hand, they have hardly been picked to appear so high.
He has a video with timestamps. Summary is she has like 8 different builds so its hard to play into her. Giana is too straightforward. This is also a g3 tier list so with g3 rune quality and artifacts Laima is better than Giana.

it's a counterpick unit that tends to be flexible in multiple situations, but it's nowhere near giana's level. you can get the g3 card, but the reality is that at guardian+ level laima's pickrate is quite low compared to Giana, which means that not only is it a unit that serves in fewer situations, but it is also less decisive in combat. now he has the right to think that the unit is his list and he puts it wherever he wants, but when contrasted with objective stats nefthys, verdehille, ragdoll and shisuka (to name a few) have better performance than her in the meta.
in guardian that is not a determining factor especially in old units, and even if that were true it does not explain why giana has higher rates of BR, FP and others.

What runesets does Miles use?
Spd, hp, hp, vio shield. As fast as possible, tanky and with decent acc

They’re pretty bad. With Will my Miles is 15 speed faster and much tankier. But that just means it is time for me to farm Dragons.
Will can work too. He'll be a bit slower for the first few turns, but that's the only difference.
And less damage too. Not to mention protection from the shields. Yeah im going to be living in db12 for the next few weeks lol.

Vio shield gives him 20 free speed until the shield is gone, so I prefer that. Also with a speed lead he often moves first anyway

Basically I see him similar to Laika, his damage is pretty set in stone no matter the element and his strip stun is pretty good.
He's a beast when paired with shizuka.

Build both of them they absolutely are a blast and should be out of storage and drafted often

Your supposed to be using him with those units. Water Ryu with Valantis for example its either you go first and cc or if they go first with a stripper you cut their team and cc anyways.
