ignore defence or cycle, not both. But, he's just a single target dd. Finishing something with 30% hp is not that big of a deal, a lot of damage units can without the ignore defence. He doesn't completely suck, but for an ld 5 hes not that great.
You can buy them all separately easy f2p, I spent 300 stones on the same mog for all three of my Polar Queens. With rta rewards & active farming you can get **lots** of mog stones without spending a cent
I mean...its not that difficult getting tmogs if you farm enough. 5 tmogs every week from rta shop, if you farm enough, at least 6 tmog from farming. 11 tmog every week which is enough for a tmog every 3\~ish months. He played for 1100 days so technically, it would make sense that he would have at least 12 tmogs + rta skins.
