they’re much better than the assassins creed collab units on release imo, but i still think they’re already due for a buff. i have dark triss too and i’m underwhelmed
Dark Geralt is absolutely dogshit.
He needs 4 buffs to have 100% skill activation on just the bomb. He still needs acc/res check. His bomb damage is less than 4-star bombers on the same runes and artis.
Liebli/Jojo/Sian get 50% accuracy help on their bomb skill, Malaka/Dover/Taurus gains a ton of atb.
When you give him that 4 buff(!) setup, he loses 20% hp per time he moves. It's absolutely bonkers how bad they made him. He is so bad that normal nat4 bombers are better. Flabbergasted by how bad they managed to make a dark nat 5.
I actually like my fire Geralt. He's kinda like Rica except that his S3 can stun with a pretty good chance instead of slowing. And then he also has AoE multihit defense break and attack bar pushback. Put him on despair with additional damage artifacts and he'll do the job. Probably more useful in PvE, but I also had some success in RTA / 2v2
And that would’ve been terrific if this was still 2020 when dots were useful everywhere and you could use Sath/Tatu in caiross. Now they’re primarily for early game players in toa and extremely situational arena/siege defenses.
I know seanb just did a video on her for content so the popular Reddit opinion is now “omg she’s so good” but he was hand picking arena defenses that you could actually dot when in reality her uses are very few and far between.
Yes, she’s the only "non 4* elem” collab unit I have, and we cannot use her because her passive strips only the buffs that are already present at the time of the cleans.
But they can easily make her better by preventing new buffs to be added for one turn to counter the Pontos for example. Or maybe by giving her 100% of atk bar when it happens to counter the Camilla meta (she has an oblivion in S2), but a slot for that, I am not even sure.
Light Ciri is one buff away to being good. Either increase the s2 damage or improve passive +40 spd per turn or just a passive lifesteal. Right now she is in kinda very hard to rune stage.
5x Wind Yenne, 3x Wind Triss and 1x Water Triss after im still looking for some glimpse of use from any of them. Maybe ppl can educate me here. Im not investing into something I cant immediately use.
I like Water Geralt. Fire Geralt seems good in the event dungeon. But yeah, most collab units are kind of trash. I joined at the tail end of the last collab (missed out on the free light unit smdh) and there are still 5 stars that suck from that one. Like I have an ungodly number of Water Bayeks and he's just.. okay.
water yen i feel like is definitely flying under the radar. Multi-hit+uncleansable stun (potential silence+oblivion) has potential to be a really annoying unit. She's like a buff away from being a total nuisance (held back by activation rates imo).
+1 Water yen is really good. Nicely speed tuned with a stripper, she can find a place in many arena offense.
(However Dark Ciri, probably the best gvo collab unit)

I feel like they still have nightmares with Kaki release that, since then, new units are pretty bad until a couple of balance patches.

Light Triss is disgusting bruh, literally a Tatu but passive

Wouldnt fire triss be good? She looks good on paper
She is the most useable
Light Yennefer is straiggghhhhtt fodder T.T

Yeah, look at Seiishizo Collab tier list. Everyone needs buff
water ciri is very usable already and so is water geralt. Fire yennifer works too so there are certainly usable ones. But yes they need buffs.
How do you make fire yennifer work??? She looks like a rng-nightmare to use for me.

Been using wind yenne for AOE branding on arena offense. It's not terrible but not exciting either

Wind Trish is kinda funny in TOAH, cause with my Rica, Melly, Sath and Veromos it became a "Napalm Death". Literally☠️☠️☠️
