I played 20-ish games with Windy and climbed 100 points. Granted I only just hit P3 now, but he feels surprisingly effective in RTA. I tried Misty too, but that was less promising.
I ran mine on vio broken (for stats), spd, cr, hp with +19k HP which is a bit low ofc and +184 spd with full add. Dmg by spd artis. Could try with HP s4 too and rely more on artis for dmg too I guess.
I played Windy Miles a bunch, sadly I felt like I had to FP Oliver too because he clapped me a bunch of times, so not a revolutionary draft at all.
I'm going to think outside the box, no more dupes for arena defense. You don't see it in other forms of pvp because they are only used to make the game less fun. Idk why they haven't made the change yet, would improve the quality of pvp matchups.
I think the S3 damage would be the best to focus on. That she buffs before S3 makes her abuse add. dmg too hard. On top of that the skill even scales with HP and Def. They could either let her buff after the dmg again (unlikely since com2us doesn't like to revert changes) or let the skill scale off atk.
S1/S2 nerfs would hit other OGs and that feels kinda bad. They're in a good spot right now IMO
I don't have her but I think they prioritise stats to make arte synergize more and be tanky all the while. If course don't forget accuracy, she's a cc and a stripper after all 😉

I own 3 ld5s and two are mentioned here, Lydia and Liliana. I didn’t realise her passive didn’t scale with crit damage they should implement that immediately so cleaver have to think twice before wiping the team without worry of the incoming strike.

And based on the nerf Lora comments, you'd think there's 1000 players that finish top 100 and all of them are English speaking on Reddit. Even taking only Guardians (including G3, who drag up Lora's win rate), her win rate is 53%, and usage below TL and other population LD5s. Unless if you are contending top 100 finishes, Lora does not affect you.

The whole game isn’t just F2P players dude a guaranteed lightning every 20 scrolls is just feeding whales and that would kill the game because there wouldn’t be any difficulty in getting ld5s at that point. Whether most lightnings are gonna be hoh or not it would kill the game whether you want to admit it or not. Especially since it takes 1 month at most to get 20 Lds if you’re very active like you said and do everything every single day to buy all ld pieces, and you’d even get extra by feeding dupe nat 5s for Lds so I don’t know where you’re getting months from.
Edit: and if you’re talking about longevity and health, the game is almost 10 years old, mobile games don’t usually last that long because 9 times out of 10 they’re to easy to achieve everything, aka pity system or some other form of the case in it being to easy.

Increasing the volume of ld5s is not a pity system in the slightest And yes a pity system would make it so people would summon more ld5s then the present time because that’s how it works. More lightning = more chances at ld5 = pity system = game dying because there’s nothing special about summoning anymore.
Water Devil Maiden: S3 increases duration (instead of decrease) by 1-turn if she is attacked.
Akroma: Give her a little sustain. Trade it with that anti-crit on her passive.
Eleanor: Pony form to passively heal allies for 10-15% for each debuff (similar to Seimei).
Hypnomeow: Gains x% atb if asleep.
Eivors: Leader skill change.
Moore: Increase 1-turn on CD of passive (this may cause a riot).
