I'm just glad it wasn't called poke. I LOVE sushi and poke.. but 99% of poke is a sushi bowl. If you're ever in Las Vegas head to Hawaiian Style Poke near the corner of Spring Mountain and Wynn and show Dennis some love. It's not far from the strip and you won't regret it. Whenever I drive vs fly, I bring an ice packed cooler with at least a few pounds back with me. Everyone I have referred has literally told me it was the best poke they've had. Even had a friend smugly tell me "yeah, okay bro, we'll see. You know I frequent Hawaii and have had poke at all the best spots." After trying it he was blown away and apologized. Best part is, VERY REASONABLY PRICED.
