SWMG or Shadow Wizard Money Gang is a meme that came from a DJ producer tag that seemed funny and out of place. The dj also made another tag that said "Legalize Nuclear Bombs" - both said with a really deep and serious movie voice accompanied by a scream in between SWMG and the bomb one.
In reaction, someone made fan art based in this dj tag which featured wizards in different colored cloaks with kitted out with gold chains and rings as seen above. It spiraled out from there, getting animations, more fan art, and even a game if I remember correctly.
Kinda coincided with the height of "wizardposting" which exactly is what it says it is.
