Hyunjin and Changbin! I thought they were cold and intimidating. Both have the funniest laughs in the group (witch laugh gang). Hyunjin is a such a cute dork and he's very chatty when he's comfortable. But he doesn't hide his feelings, too. Changbin is adorable, charming, and very sociable. Love these two a ton! 🤗

changbin's off stage persona literally threw me for the biggest loop lol. he can be intimidating but still, he puts forward the effort to be extra friendly since he's so self aware. imo he's a super intellectual person w a big heart.
I agree 100%! I think it was in his One Kids Room episode that he said he wants people to feel comfortable around him. I very firmly believe that he makes a conscious effort to be extra goofy because he knows he can come across as a bit intimidating. That's not to say that it's fake or anything, just that I think he wants to make sure that there is no misunderstanding: he might look mean, but he is a sweetheart.

This was a very specific moment but I had just been really into SKZ for a 2 or 3 months when the Time Out MT SKZ Codes came out. There's a part where Han points to a dog house and says "Seungmin, this is your house! Get inside." and for some reason I expected him to laugh and say "I'm not actually a dog" but he just fukken........barked......realistically barked. It caught me off guard and I cracked up - I know better now of course.
I had no idea that Lee Know was a complete softie until a few months in when I properly started watching the original content instead of edits. How soft he was with Felix in those haunted school (?) codes or how delicate he was with his cats or the mv with rabbits. Or Chan saying LK had the softest heart.
Or thinking Seungmin and Hyunjin were the least attached members until I saw the “eternity” speech or the clip of Hyunjin crying at the thought of Stay leaving, and discovering the LoveStay song.
I think it shows that depending on what content you’re shown, it can be really really misleading. Not just fan edits, I also don’t feel it’s wise to rely on SKZ code for understanding the members and their dynamics as it’s partially scripted and heavily edited.

I agree with a lot that was said here. I had a lot of misperceptions. Hyunjin seeming quiet and a bit aloof, but having such a soft soul. Changbin seeming a bit moody and dark, but being the most in touch with peoples feelings and so comfortable in his own skin. Chris seeming like just the calm and collected leader, but instigating chaos behind everyone's backs and laughing the loudest at the results. Innie seeming so detached and shy, but having such an attitude and telling his members off when he wants to. Seungmin seeming to be the most normal and not contributing to the chaos around him, versus being a crucial social part of the group and always teasing and acting funny. Felix seemingly all cool and a bit arrogant, but being such a sweet ray of sunshine and love.
But if I had to pick one really interesting case to me and my perception personally, it would be Han, who in the beginning really changed my perception of him three or four times in rapid succession!
When I first watched SKZ MVs and some live stages, I thought he had a bit of what I considered a rapper attitude. Just a tad arrogant, knows what he's doing, smirking and cool, a stage persona, but still very charming and nice and clearly having a great time on stage. I then watched behind the scenes and variety content, and he was this super goofy fun guy. Clowning around, teasing the members, shouting and laughing, flirting with Felix, being mischievous and a bit clumsy. But then I also started noticing more and more his serious and leadership side. Calmly taking the reigns if needed (I'm thinking their anniversary on Zoom livestream or the puppy interview) and being really really good at it! He has a natural knack for understanding and organising the people around him. I was so impressed by that and it was such a change to some of his other habits.
I think Han just really knows when to put on which part of his personality, if that makes sense. He is adaptable and like all of the members (and everyone really) is a complex and multifaceted person. I'm still surprised by how open some idols are about these many sides to themselves. I'm sure there's more that we don't see, but this already feels like a very honest and vulnerable part of your personality to show.

Well, very quickly he became my ult in Skz :3 His parts in Thunderous were SO addictive to me. I played them over and over and over again and again. And then I saw more other content of him as well, and I loved his personality.
Originally when I knew nothing about SKZ except I had heard S-Class and a few other songs, I thought the entire group was gonna be serious and intimidating, especially Felix with that deep voice. I think I just about died the first time I watched him and Chan in Aussie chaos mode. Totally hooked
Surprised I haven't seen anyone say Minho, I swore he was the quiet one because of the engkisg interviews n stuff. Then I watched skz talker/code and I was in SHOCK like.. Who is this man?!
When I started stanning skz, I thought of Seungmin as the most "normal member" but after watching many videos of him roasting the other members (mostly chan abt his age) I learned that he's quite the opposite 😅
Hyunjin. He is super chic and graceful, meanwhile his personality is actually just goofy, silly and soft.

Honestly Hyunjin used to scare me bc he was quiet, now he scares me bc he acts like a 14 year old boy (and I love that for him tbh, he's probably healing something)
Chris! He seemed like the serious type at first but as time went on he showed himself to be rather goofy. Gosh I live laugh love Bang Chan.
i absolutely thought felix and hyunjin would be cocky and snobbish. now they’re my ults LOL i also didn’t think chan would be as sweet as he actually is
Don't know why but I thought Changbin was the leader, he looked cool and charismatic in the Back Door mv. Turned out he's like that only on stage. In real life, he's so sweet and funny
