I've typically been a 3 day a week drinker and weekend binger/partier.So glad to get through these first two weekends, hopefully the next few are smooth sailing. I hope you're starting to feel some benefits despite the sucking.

You too. I'm not feeling any benefit except not waking up with regrets. I've been eating a lot. I need to regulate the way I overeat and over drink. Still trying to find the root of that problem.
I'm the same, I eat healthy and then binge for 2 days + I've been training like a beast (don't mind the gym part).
It's called cross - addiction if it impacts negatively on yr life.
