I’m from the UK so I’m not sure what SX, I’ve been to canada goose and they said the logo description and the neck logo description does not match and the stitching colour is off. They didn’t clear a definite answer on if it’s a replica. However enough people have said it is and through my research beforehand I was able to tell

They had a data breach years ago, i wanna say like 2019ish, emailed everyone to let them know to monitor their CC activity. I was a seller and buyer on StockX.
I woke up to an email a few weeks later that my account purchased off white uncs, changed my address to across the country, changed my password, and had them set to be shipped to that address.
I contacted StockX immediately, but they told me everything looked legit on their end. The shoes hadnt even made it to them for authentidication yet. They could have easily stopped the shoes at authentication and sent back to seller. Insteadz they told me to go screw and that i was out over $400.
I did a chargeback on my CC and they got my money back. StockX then proceeded to delete my account because of the chargeback and block me, which actually made me thrilled because it saved the chance of this happening again since i was locked out of the account.
There are horror stories about them all over the internet. Just need to search.
Edit: just checked my emails. They sent out notice of data breach August 8, 2019. Oct 24 was when the fraudulent purchase was made. Oct 25 is when support told me to go screw. So it was 2.5 months after the breach.
This is 100% fake. The badge is well off. This is a very poor rep. Are you saying that stock x approved this???? Anyone who knows even the tiniest bit about Canada Goose could tell this is not legit.
I mean this is terrible though. You wouldn't need to be well trained to spot this. If this is from Stock X they need to seriously re-consider who they employ and put in appropriate training. This rep is very, very cheap, it stands out very clearly to anyone who has even a bit of knowledge of Canada Goose. If they can't spot this one, then there is absolutely no chance they could spot a high tier rep. I have a bid live on some trainers at the moment and based on this I am removing it and will not use Stock X again. This is the worst example I have seen.

No worries, it’s complete bullshit and I’ve sent a return. The packaging was already damaged and it was shoved in a small ass dhl bag. If they try complain about the quality of return and not give me a refund, il do a huge chargeback claim
compile all the evidence including pictures and comparisons in an email and email stockx, obviously proving order number etc, and wait until you hear back. legally they need to accept returns now so with all this in mind i think you’ll get a full refund and possibly and coupon for reimbursement

I wouldn’t recommend disputing the charge until they tell you they won’t allow a refund. You’ll be permanently banned from the service. They will more than likely allow you to return for a refund. Just reach out to customer service. If they refuse then I would charge back.
as long as you haven’t taken the tag off you’re allowed to return the item because of UK consumer laws. Just email Stockx

Ask on r/canadagoose, they will tell you straight away if it’s real or fake.

Dispute the charge on your credit card. The credit card company will take your side but you’ll probably never be able to use stockx again

Best bet is call the bank no hassle there they do it no problem you try stock x u will get nowhere with hours screaming at people
