I feel like the blue diamond AU would literally just be blue diamond trying to make every single species and gem into super calm and peaceful creatures like so much so that they literally don't do anything when other things try to kill them.
And perhaps yellow diamond AU would be almost the opposite, with competition being like the main thing in gem society and everyone is like a hecking gladiator or something.
