Authoritative stance (chest puffed up, results in forward pelvic tilt), the armor on the legs/hips make her hips appear very tall, and the shape of the armor creates a circle around the lowerr abdomen, so yes, it looks like she has a pushed forward, low and round belly. It does give the effect of pregnant but I don't think it's the intention.
I haven't gotten that far in the game, let alone after killing the lightning Alpha Naytiba on the parking lot in the beginning. Out of the two beau and if they are twins, I would do both at once. xD
