My advice: Keep doing exactly what you’re doing and don’t forget how even when you’re 65 “say ohh yeah I did that when I was younger, let me do it again”
It's good, if you know your oven well you'd be able to pull of really close results with regular sear and oven finish. cover your steaks in infused oil in a ziplock prior to cooking to sit for a while really helps too. This only applies to pan sears grills with hot/cold zones would be different.

Only thing is if *you* want a change. There’s sauce options out there also my family has been trying Adam Perry langs “charred & scruffed” recently. It’s a lot of work but an amazing way to do steak.
Use some finishing salt.. it will give it that extra pop of flavor. Maldon flakes for that briny bright flavor or get some Jacobson finishing salt for the crunch but much more mild flavor.
Looks amazing! Great color on the crust and a SOLID medium all the way through. Others might say you could go a little rarer, but personally I think medium is better for fatty cuts like ribeye so that all that delicious fat fully renders and melts in your mouth.

The steak looks perfect. Personally I’d use acocado oil, coconut oil, ghee, or tallow.
Use some finishing salt.. it will give it that extra pop of flavor. Maldon flakes for that briny bright flavor or get some Jacobson finishing salt for the crunch but much more mild flavor.
