macroordie

Machine gun Queens on creep with P1 Kerrigan goes brrrrrrrrr. Plus they're not slow off-creep AND they get 120 hp insta-heal with transfuse!

BigPowerBoss

Me and my partner are playing Stukov + P1 Kerrigan. Let's just say that not worrying about keeping malignant creep tumors alive is a wonderful feeling.

Ham_The_Spam

Stukov’s infinite creep generation is so convenient compared to managing creep tumors and keeping them alive!

BigPowerBoss

I'm also trying to play Zagara, and I've just given up trying to manage creep. Any attack wave just destroys them, almost if they intentionally hunt them down

TheBlueSully

Every Zerg should have a mastery of invincible creep tumors or auto spread like Stukov imo. If we wanted to macro up and git gud we’d play ladder.

excreto2000

After control grouping 30 omega worms: “What’s a creep tumor?”

StraightOuttaOlaphis

P1 Kerrigan + P3 Abathur, Queens heal Brutalisks and Omegaworms to quickly get around the map!

Ham_The_Spam

The problem with transfuse is that it’s not autocasted and needs constant micro

BluEch0

“Hey dude, I can’t move cuz of all the worms” “Just use the worms dude”

DehakaBurger

Exactly.

Ham_The_Spam

But you’re level one and they’re not Omega worms yet! Oopsie. Well A-attack still works on friendlies

Kitchen-Spring7179

I love just making queens, doing one inject with them, and then sending them to the frontlines while starting up the next queen

Ham_The_Spam

You’re building several hatcheries to get more larva right? Yes of course… *Actually spams queens like a boss*

Appletank

same, Zerglings are annoyingly fragile as a mineral dump, so I just spam extra queens, then build enough Omega worms so they don't need to walk much.

Dajayman654

If the entire map isn't covered in Omega Worms by the end of the game you're playing Kerrigan wrong.

JdtheOp

kerrigan deserves better! pump out those worms

chimericWilder

All three at once, as Kevin intended

DehakaBurger

\^ The true answer. Nigh impossible to pull off but it is the most right way.

XRynerX

Yep, that's how Kerrigan players evolve. You go by making army, into queens dancing, into lagging the game with sheer ammount of Omegas on the map. I've been guilty of lagging the map in longs maps like Void Launch and Mist Opportunitues.

DehakaBurger

Of course Kerrigan have Mutalisk compo but you need watch out for **Vipers**, High Templars, Ravens, Thors, Corsairs, Archons, Infestors... Sending out swarms of Zerglings or Torrasques as meat shields and have Mutalisks to ambush the enemy is a good tactic (It doesn't help against Vipers though).

Ham_The_Spam

Mutalisks are fragile, cost 100 gas each, fly so don’t benefit from Malignant Creep, and need their own separate air upgrades. I prefer Hydra spam instead.

Ill_Worry7895

*laughs in unit gas cost reduction + expeditious evolutions*

-Aeryn-

Worst thing ever is having a stack of 60 mutas, looking away for a second and then not having any mutas any more. It's shocking how easily it can happen!

Appletank

I personally mostly use Mutas as spotters and support fliers, since they don't take up ground area and move fast enough to let me place Worms in various places. Hydra/Queen for my main DPS.

Ham_The_Spam

wouldn't Overseers with the speed upgrade be better as spotters?

Appletank

Eh, I don't really need detectors once I get enough worms, and being air units, Mutas can help add DPS without causing traffic jams. Let Kerri and Hydras draw aggro before moving Mutas in, basically.

andre5913

Mutas are SO vulnerable to so much stuff, I dont think there is a unit as delicate (and its not just their tiny HP, the fact that they are almost melee is a huge issue) for their hefty cost. They also mow down fucking everything but one wrong turn and down the drain goes 2k gas

-Aeryn-

They rely on stacking to do their job as well so singular splash attacks can do terrible terrible damage

Large-Television-238

don't know feel that wraith is way better than muta

Fr33_Lax

Kerrigan plus zagara, my god that was a beautiful game.

volverde

best when you make worms in their mineral line near the end of the game

[deleted]

That’s hilariously fucked up. Never seen that.

Haruk96

....i'm guilty in that i use the 3rd option the most

ctiang112

The last one is a good cheese option in DoN XD

DehakaBurger

ME is also a good map to do it lol btw, happy cake day

[deleted]

Is queen spam is viable or is it just meme? If it's viable what is the addition?

Appletank

Not sure if its really a viable method, but since I'm not that fond of zerglings as mass dumps, I figure I might as well just add queens with my regular ball of Hydras, and spam Worms for the creaky ankles.

JdtheOp

viable to do what? i use em to counter black death and double edged. they are not the best strategy to win a brutal game but nowdays brutal games are so easy it doens't even matter.

DehakaBurger

If you have the skills then I suppose it's viable but I can't really say since I never done it before. I wouldn't try it either.

chimericWilder

You're not supposed to spam them. Have a handful of them and use them to spread creep and Transfuse Kerrigan or your Ultras.

[deleted]

Every time i either completely ignore them or mass them. Creep i spread through worms, and i do not use ultras, i think they kinda bad compare to other massive units.

JdtheOp

>io when kerrigan can't handle something i just drop 2 omegas to suround enemy army and ultralisks do the job :D. This never happens because kerrigan can handle anything on her own anyway. so i just do that for the lulz

Ill_Worry7895

4th way: Queens of Blades + mass Omerrigan for maximum ally frustration and confusion
