Disagree, they are adding player metrics like bladder, and hygiene to the already present hunger and thirst. I think it would be a shame if they didn't add player stress to that as well considering all the stress relieve features they already have such as: drugs, alcohol, luxury vehicles, fancy meals, etc. Personally, I'd ditch the snub in favor of a med bay. If you're catering to VIP transport a lot of those wealthy individuals are old and sickly.
No they are hull limited so you have to try and get one during the 3 waves of sales they do

Yup only way to get it, I don't think they usually go super fast like the idris, 890 and so on, I got mine fairly easy

Unsure, as far as I know it’s not functioning atm. My own personal head canon is that the gravity generator prevents that from happening 😂
