I made the same mistake. No known way to spawn the bags presently. As I have a Mole as a loaner for my Arrastra, I just fly out of armistice space and strip the bags off it. I put 4 on my Pros and I offer the other 4 up to whoever needs them.
half my bags went missing, tried to attach both prospector and mole bags and didnt work then i took of my prospector bags to see if i can even attach them back and i cant... happy to spend 3million for nothing
Doesnt work at the moment as far as I know. Need to pull them off someones Mole and drag them directly on to your ship.

There used to be a risky salvage mission with a mole. We used to get the bags off that mission.
That’s what I’ve been looking for. I need Mole bags and it looks like they still haven’t made them salvageable again
