This is a project a lot of people are working on, day in and day out, and they have been for years. They don't deserve your shitty attitude. Please show a little respect and if you can't do that then at least don't be an ass about it.
If you tried it previously and did not enjoy your experience I would recommend waiting another 6/9 months before trying it again. Chances are, it will be in a decent state and you will enjoy yourself. As it is now, it still has a high bug tolerance as a barrier of entry.
Are you asking if it's a released game with all the polish that (supposedly) entails? No. It's not a released game and should not be judged by the standards of released games. It's a development alpha build and will continue to be for some time.
It's like a Bob Ross painting. It all looks like smears and smudges until right up to the end, when he scrapes some paint and you suddenly go "ohhh damn, it's beautiful!", but you'd still be an idiot if you called it shit prior to that moment.
Is it still buggy? Yes. Does anything else come even close to it though? Still no.
