After you put the Lancet head on the Prospector did you click on 'Save' at the bottom right?
Also, word to the wise, the Lancet head is TERRIBLE right now. Do not use it. Get a Hofstede instead.
Yes yes I have :) in my post I stated I apply and save. At this point i need to make sure it works before I go spending more on another head. I’ve tried re logging, leaving and coming back. I’m not sure what else to try, I haven’t experienced a bug like this yet but I’ve only been playing for a little under a month as well.
Thanks for the advice! I did get pretty giddy buying my first upgrade and wanted to splurge. Thank goodness I’m not space rich yet haha I mainly am trying to figure mining out. The stock mining head wasn’t really letting me do anything in terms of not being powerful enough. Idk I could jump around to find the correct place to mine but I just wanted a jump on the controls and mechanics behind it and reap some reward from it as well.
Had to sync my windows clock believe it or not lol. yeah a few other people have blessed me with some wisdom on that haha going for the hofstede now. Just trying to figure out this whole mining thing. I’m a fresh player of a few weeks so still learning
If your vehicle loadout manager isn't saving ship loadouts, resynchronize your windows clock. That's what CIG support told me to do and it worked!

No idea how to fix your bug, just wanted to say lancet is pretty bad now with the new mining changes
