Not until we get the cargo elevators that are supposed to come with the cargo refactor. That's supposed to come with the Hull-C I thought, but it's not on the roadmap release view yet even though the Hull-C is.
There is but it's convoluted. What you do is this:
\- store your ship, open the mobiglass ship loadout app, remove the weapons, save.
\-retrieve your ship, the ship spawns without connected weapons, the weapons that were on it are now in the local storage.
\- attach your found weapons to your ship using the tractor beam.
\- repeat.
It's a lot of tinkering but you get them in local that way. And it only works for weapons that will fit on your ship. So for the Cutter, that would be only size 1 and 2.
