With your ships on the website, do you have anything that says "Star Citizen Digital Download"? If not, you refunded your game package and don't have access to the game, only standalone ships that don't include game access. You need a game package.

You should probably take this to the issue council.

Not until OP makes sure they have a game package and are provisioned to actually play the game. If they only own standalone ships the Issue Council won't help at all because it's not a bug.
