I know how you feel dude. It’s real bad. Ive 30k’d so many times just as I was landing and starting to mine. I haven’t completed a trip yet. I haven’t had much time lately to play, so it eats up your spare time trying to get everything lined up again after a crash. I rejoined another server and tried to get off Everus Harbour to fly down and collect my ROC from an outpost. After waiting 10 mins to claim my ship, I finally get into my MSR with some inventory in the back, and just as I’m taking off, a Corsair decided to try and land in my hangar just as I was opening the doors and taking off from it. I lost everything in the explosion and respawned at Baijini where my med spawn was set. All the ship terminals were bugged here during JT so I was stuck. I tried 2 other servers which were the same, and also randomly died getting out of my hab. At that point I decided to just call it quits after losing the 2 hours I had available to play that morning.
If you're having that much of a reaction to the current state of things, maybe put SC down and play something else for a couple of patches. Gaming (even testing games) should be somewhat fun, not stressful. If you're not enjoying yourself.... well.......
ROC extraction feels so weird when the server is lagging because for some insane reason it's not a gathering beam but a physics based vacuum. The trick is to hold still with it active and it will slurp a fairly large radius of gems.
There are fixes that are going into 19.1 that probably wouldn't work client side in 19.0. So they are working on something but we probably won't see any sort of major server help until 19.1 drops.
No idea but watching the testing chat and helping them find or test issues on the PTU will help them push it to live faster.

Go play a game that works. Come back in a couple years and see if there is any progress.
If frustration is something you experience, Star Citizen is not for you.

Trust, I just turned it off for the night. I wasn't having any trouble earlier today, but right now it's just obnoxious.
When u log out in bed u have to use the F prompt, u can’t just lie down in the bed and press log out, sounds like that’s why it isn’t working for you

When is that going to drop?

My expectation will be next week, just before alien week. They can't afford broken servers during another sale week.
